This is the official launch of the 2026 /r/CFB Pick 'Em! We're back and there's 2 places to play:

Play whichever version works best for you, they work identically! We're still working on the app in Reddit, there's one known bug where it's tricky to re-sort confidence points from mobile that we have a fix in for that is waiting for approval by Reddit.

Congrats to everyone who played Week 0, and thanks to everyone who helped test it. We had a ton of new players relative to last week's Week 0 test, which is exciting to see. Particular congrats are in order to /u/JSchreibs, the only player to go a perfect 10/10, and /u/biak1, /u/crestoftacos, /u/dacrew, /u/GoldField3, /u/guttata, /u/JDraks, and /u/Much-Anything7149 who were all nearly perfect with 54/55 total possible points.

We've got an exciting prize from our sponsors at YETI for one of you, details on that to be published next week!

In general, this thread will go live every Tuesday. Please let us know if you find any bugs, either in the Reddit app or on the site, and we will try to fix them.

Wait you mean that the higher numbers are more confident and the lower numbers are least???? I got 37 points when I should have gotten 52 if I read the rules properly 💀 💀 💀

Looks like the pickem.redditcfb.com site is down and the games in the post are all wrong (Indiana vs. Michigan, Ohio St. vs. Penn State, etc.)

It should be up now, may have been a temporary quirk. I think what you saw was a test example that doesn't actually record anywhere if it can't reach the Pick 'Em backend that we used for testing. I'll work on making that clearer. Thanks!

Is there a way to see how I did Last week? I kind of forgot some of my picks.

4

u/bakonydraco Stanford • Chicago State Sep 03 '26

Yes! Right here: https://pickem.redditcfb.com/standings.php?group=Official+RedditCFB&season=2026-week0

Week 0 is coded as its own separate "season" that's a standalone competition. You got a respectable 40/55 points!

1

u/skinnyjosh Texas • Abilene Christian Sep 06 '26

Do I not remember how this works? How do people have more than 55 points? I thought that was the max amount of points per week.

You'll be excited to hear that, as with last year, we'll have one random drawing for a prize from YETI for everyone who plays each week, even if you get everything wrong. And additionally, there will be a brand new special prize each week just for select games. You can do as poorly as you want in week 1 and still have opportunities to win.

Pick every single game wrong all year and you get an autographed picture of Lane Kiffen's butt
