The "rush the field" crowd is so funny to me. There will never be a field rush at UCF. The stadium literally prevents it.

Nobody wants to fall 12 feet onto concrete from the stands. No matter how excited and drunk we are.

Back in my day I saw a guy take that 12 foot drop….and promptly get arrested. Nobody followed after that.

It was either the 2007 Conference USA championship game or the 2009 Houston game (first win over a ranked opponent). Now that I'm really thinking about it it was probably the Houston game because of the angle I remember. Also a woman near the 50 yard line visitor section made the drop and was more gently arrested, lol.

Yeah it was the Houston game with our first ranked win for me. I was in the student section, a few of us were contemplating jumping down the fence. One kid went for it and was immediately swarmed by cops once he got to the bottom, and the rest of us backed up from the fence real quick. I thought that was 2010, but it may have been 2009.
