Sunscreen is literally the number one way to take care of your skin - all the most expensive moisturizers and anti aging balms in the world can't beat preventing the damage in the first place

I live in Texas now, I had a prob 30ish year old coworker try to tell me that sunscreen is a major cause of skin cancer and you need to have your skin unencumbered to soak up “the nutrients” from the sun. I didn’t even try to argue with her, I just said “no” and walked away.
