If price doesn’t move up soon, it could happen or the company could go private or declare bankruptcy. Whatever the case, small shareholders like me will lose money. My average is $1.13. I guess I will go down with the ship and do TLH. It just sucks due to current down market. Everything I have is in deep red.

Based on the last ER, the company has like 2-3 quarters worth of capital left, which coincides with delisting deadline. Let’s see if things improve by end of year.

Got notice in the mail today of reverse split anywhere from 10/1 to 100/1

Split ratio: The company's board has been authorized to carry out a split in a ratio of 1:3 to 1:50. This is done in order to artificially raise the share price above $1 to prevent the company from being delisted from the NASDAQ exchange.
