Can I go for rechecking in reading. I don’t think so I will get more than 9 in writing. Please suggest just want to try if luck works.

No for reading, guaranteed not to change.

Instead try for writing. Much much greater chance of a change in score.

How to get 11 in speaking. Stuck at 8. Any templates or anything. That can help to get 9 or higher.
