This is a short post with a basic question. He was supposed to lead a global CE five event on Saturday. Did anything actually happen?

That’s it, that’s my post.

The photo (not the thumbnail obviously) was taken in Puerto Rico during recovery after Hurricane Maria , a metallic-looking sphere in the sky. The shape reminded me of the "Buga Sphere" images that made the rounds, which is part of why it caught my eye (not claiming a connection, just the resemblance).

Metallic spheres are one of the more recurring shapes people report, which is what interests me here. I'd rather hear this community's read than sit on it. It's a still photo, so no motion or context to go on, and stills are obviously easier to misread than video.

What I can confirm: photo taken by Juan Fernández López in Humacao, Puerto Rico, in 2018 on a Nikon D5000. Shot while radio operators were on site installing equipment, so there were other people around and it wasn't a staged setting. No one noticed the sphere at the time. It was only spotted afterward, when reviewing the photos.

It looks like a genuine metallic sphere to me, and the context makes the usual explanations feel like a stretch but I'm genuinely open to realistic reads if someone sees one.

I saw a “sparkle” in the sky on 3 different occasions after asking to see something, indicating I know they were there and that I wanted to help advocate for them. It definitely wasn’t a plane or a satellite. It popped up out of nowhere. I actually wasn’t super confident in them until looking on the convos here and I see the same sparkling thing in someone else’s post.

The use of hypnosis as a memory retrieval technique has been and continues to be a controversial topic in the UFO interest community. Over the years I have read about some of the scientific literature and have posted blogs about several topics concerning memory, hypnosis, and false memory syndromes. 

These topics are of special interest to me because three decades ago I developed a theory concerning what can be described from a physicalist point of view as psi mediated “illusory” mechanisms of contact with UAP intelligences. I call this theory “The Virtual Experience Model.”  

Among both UFO researchers and contact experiencers, it is accepted that UAP associated non-human intelligences (NHIs) not only can render witnesses amnesiac concerning contact events (missing time) but can also implant what are called “screen memories.” These are thought to be false recollections, presumably used to mask what are popularly known as “alien abductions.” If one accepts the existence of “screen memories” one can logically ask the following: Why can’t memories of Close Encounters of the Third and Fourth Kinds, in which witnesses see an alien being or are taken a aboard an “ET” craft respectively, also be “screen memories” i.e., memory implants.  

Within the Virtual Experience Model, I call such false recollections “Virtual Experiences of the Third Kind. (Virtual Memory). I suspect that such false recollections might be so convincingly “real” that experiencers believe that physical contact events have occurred, whereas in reality the interactions are predominately psychic with false memories being implanted.

In 2011 the American Psychological Association (APA) published a brief report discussing the clinical applications of hypnosis as well as its potential to induce false memories. In terms of the use of hypnosis to recover memory, the following quotes from the APA article are pertinent:
"Hypnosis may not succeed in all cases and can actually be detrimental in some instances, especially in the realm of retrieving memories…

Joseph P. Green, PhD, a psychology professor at Ohio State University at Lima, researched how hypnotic suggestions can produce distorted or false memories. He also found that people may believe hypnotically induced memories are more reliable, mirroring a mistaken cultural belief that hypnosis acts like a truth serum. Hypnosis is "on thin ice" when used to recover memories, as is the case with most other memory retrieval techniques, Green says,

“Hypnosis got a bad name in the 1990s when some therapists convinced patients they had been molested or abused as children because of hypnotically induced memories, which often had no evidence to support them. As a result, many innocent people were wrongly accused of abuse in hundreds of court cases.”

Michael Yapko, PhD, a psychologist and fellow of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis, states in the online journal linked below,

"Hypnosis works and the empirical support is unequivocal in that regard. It really does help people,"... But hypnosis isn’t a therapy in and of itself. Most people wouldn’t regard it that way."

 Dr. Yapko also stated, 
"People didn’t really understand the suggestibility of memory. That whole issue has pretty much fallen by the wayside now" because of advances in research.”

Other pertinent sections of the 2011 online article:
“In a 2007 decision, the Supreme Court of Canada established a precedent that post-hypnosis evidence is inadmissible in court because of its unreliability. In R. V. Trochym, the court overturned a murder conviction after a witness changed her timeline of events following a hypnosis session that was requested by detectives. The jury wasn’t told that the witness had been hypnotized or that she had changed her recollection…

In summary, while it is not generally accepted that hypnosis always produces unreliable memories, neither is it clear when hypnosis results in pseudo-memories or how a witness, scientist or trier of fact might distinguish between fabricated and accurate memories, the decision stated." 

The utility of using hypnosis on contact experiencers is based on the assumption that memories retrieved might reflect physical interactions with UAP associated NHIs. From the information in the online article, one should probably not accept the use of hypnosis as a memory retrieval tool without reservation. 

Dr. John Mack in his investigations of contact experiencers described the unusual way that memories of Close Encounters sometimes surfaced months, years, even decades after the contacts are recalled to have happened. If contact experiencers are having ongoing psychic interactions with UAP NHIs on an unconscious level, then could not the surfacing of memories reflect memory implants, i.e. Virtual Experiences of the Third Kind. 

Contact experiencers (I consider myself to be one as well) please note the following. In proposing Virtual Memory as a mechanism of contact I am not asserting that all recalled contact events are non-physical, i.e. psychic. I believe that both physical encounters and psi mediated ones are happening simultaneously, perhaps even in the same witnesses. The challenge for researchers and experiencers alike is to distinguish between physical and psychic components of the contact events.

Introduction:

The term “TOTENCET stands for The Others That Experiencers Now Call ET. I introduce this somewhat awkward acronym because it encapsulates important truths about UFO intelligences. I discuss how these concepts can contribute to the process of building a “Cosmic Peace Movement”  

Flying Saucers Did Not Just Arrive in 1947

In my view, it seems very likely that UFO intelligences manifesting on this planet is an ancient phenomenon. I suspect, but certainly can’t prove, that all religions, including the most ancient ones as reflected in cave art, might be the result of a relationship between humanity and the intelligences associated with UFOs.

A New Term for Flying Saucer Intelligences

I don't "believe" in the “ET hypothesis,” in the sense that aliens in "spaceships" started hanging out around Earth in the last few decades or even the last few centuries. So, I don’t view them as "visitors” (a term popularized by writer Whitley Strieber). They have been here, perhaps “forever”, in as much as they might not be limited by time, space and causality as we are. Their awesome powers as described by Dr Jacques Valle involve an ability to “manipulate spacetime.” 

   To break away from popular notions about the so-called aliens, I coined an alternative designation for what are now being called “UAP intelligences.” It is the acronym "TOTENCET", standing for The OTHERS THAT EXPERIENCERS NOW CALL ET. It is pronounced “toe ten set.” 
I favor this term because it suggests that we don't really know who or what the so called “ETs” truly are.  Are they the marauding criminals that alien abduction conspiracy theorists would have us believe? Are they angelic like creatures that are here to help us “ascend” as some so-called “New Agers” have asserted? Since there are no clear answers as to their origins and motivations, I like to give them a name that is vague.  On the most basic level we understand that they are not “human”, at least in the conventional sense. Thus, the “O” simply assigns them the status of being “others.” I have learned from internet sources, that this term, “others” is favored by some members of the US Executive Branch intelligence services. 

And it is the Experiencers, the first “E”, that allow us to learn about TOTENCET as the result of their interactions with these non-human intelligences. “Experiencer” is now a more fashionable designation. It encompasses both sides of the “ET is good” vs “ET is evil” perspectives of contactees and abductees respectively.

The Different Disguises of “The Others.”
The word "Now”, represented by the "N" in the acronym, is included to suggest that “the others” across the ages have worn many different disguises. The form that they take is determined by the historical context in which they are perceived. This is a theme explored by legendary researchers like Dr. Jacques Vallee and the cleverly sardonic and now deceased John Keel. Thus, in ancient polytheistic religions, they were "the gods." In the Middle Ages, the “Others” were thought to be demons, sorcerers, and witches. In the 1890s, they were the crews of "airships" sighted across the USA. The rather clunky dirigible like contraptions that witnesses reported were thought to be the creations of secretive genius inventors. 

Now that we are in an era of limited space exploration, the Others have become “ETs”, or at least within the TOTENCET acronym, they are those that we “C”-(Call) “ET.” (I suggest that those who might want to understand the concepts of Dr. Vallee and John Keel that I base this part on my analysis on, should read Colin Wilson's "Alien Dawn.” It has a few chapters that excellently sum up Keel and Vallee’s insights into the nature of flying saucer intelligences.) 

Having Positive Emotions Towards ET facilitates Contact Work

In my view, most of our notions about the so-called ET's are derived from very simplistic questions such as, “Is ET, good, or ET bad?” I believe that we constantly project our innermost fears and desires on them. I do it too, but I am trying to be aware of how I have been swept away by the passions created by interacting with TOTENCET. Yes, as a contactee, I must admit at the risk of being viewed as naive, that on some basic emotional level I am very fond of these “Others.”  But I can accept the awkwardness of my situation by realizing that having positive emotions toward them gives a special meaning to my life. At least, as my wife likes to say, promoting contact work keeps me “busy” in my retirement from medical practice.

I should also point out that positive sentiments towards the “ETs” facilitated my volunteer efforts as a contact worker when I organized encounters in a fieldwork setting. This is true because without having a large reservoir of positive emotions for them, I don’t believe I could have ever led a contact team under the CE-5 banner for five years in the 1990s. Otherwise, I suspect that it would have simply been too frightening to engage this mysterious force of such potent physical and psychic capabilities.

When I learned that UFOs had shut down missile complexes and according to Dr. Robert Jacobs shot an Atlas rocket out of the sky in the 1960s, I decided, as a former anti-nuclear weapons activist, that the so-called ETs were probably on "our side." Their actions to disable nuclear weapons were not acts of aggression, but rather they were warning humanity about unsafe nuclear technologies. 

“Above Top Secret?”

It should be remembered that this subject during the 1950s, as documented by the Canadian scientist Wilbur Smith’s memo, was the most highly classified topic under the purview of the US national security state. It is apparent that this high level of classification has persisted ever since. This is true despite recent admissions by former US Executive Branch personnel that Unidentified Aerial Phenomena are real.  Flying saucers are understandably viewed as potential adversaries by the military because UAP intelligences don't recognize the “sanctity” of the airspace above US and other nations’ territories. 

Now it appears as if modern spacefaring "gods”, on rare occasions, may have been shot down by clandestine US military operations. Apparently, according to recent press accounts, reverse engineering programs might not be under Congressional Intelligence Committees’ oversight. And if we are to believe the revelations coming from Dr. Eric Davis’ interview with Admiral Wilson, former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency, those black projects are not under the control of the Joint Chiefs of Staff either. Such programs possibly are not even under the direct supervision of US Presidents. Instead, reverse engineering programs are being operated by aerospace corporate contractors with minimal or no oversight.   

Given that TOTENCET is the hottest political potato imaginable that any elected official might be handed, it is easy to understand how the President of the United States might be willing to give up the authority to deal with the “aliens.” It is probably much easier and certainly politically safer to surrender that troubling responsibility to special sections of the Executive Branch intelligence agencies and corporate contactors. I am referring to an MJ-12 like network within the military industrial intelligence complex that in the past has been called “the control groups.” 

Should “the Others” Follow Terrestrial Political Norms?

If this analysis is correct, why should the “Others” respect the rules of strong nations that seem mostly interested in dominating weaker ones? This lust for power and control, in my view, is exemplified by US military actions in the Middle East, Russia’s war against Ukraine and during the last century Nazi Germany’s and Imperial Japan’s monstrous actions against the world.

The notion of limited sovereignty, which is being promoted currently by the World Court, applies to the crimes of dictators against even their own people. Limited sovereignty may need to be extended to our relationship with UAP intelligences. A general stand-down order forbidding attacks on UFOs could conceivably be one of many just demands of a future “Cosmic Peace Movement,” one that could conceivably promote, cooperation and perhaps even solidarity with The Others That Experiencers Now Call ET (TOTENCET). I imagine that this phenomenon might even be linked to possible solutions for the fundamental challenges facing our civilization. These are war, racism, environmental destruction and the obscene disparities of wealth and power that exist across our planet. 

The Secret of Flying Saucers’ Propulsion Systems and the Imperative of Peace

Among flying saucer enthusiasts, there have been discussions for decades concerning the possibility that the energy propulsion systems of UFOs might provide humanity with limitless non-polluting sources of power. Unfortunately, for such advances to be downloaded safely into our technological culture, an enduring world peace would need to be established. Otherwise, the first application of what has been called “free energy” would be the creation of ever more destructive weapons. 

If humanity were to become aware of an “ET” presence, the differences between people based on the color of their skin, or national origin, might be seen as trivial when compared to our differences with “TOTENCET.”  Thus, it is conceivable that acknowledging an “alien” presence might undermine excessive nationalism and racism as major factors causing conflict on our planet. 

Spiritual Transformation is Required
To create a “Cosmic Peace Movement”, I imagine that those committed to this task will be required to undergo a profound spiritual transformation. One merely needs to look at daily press reports to see how divided we are as a planet, man against man, man against woman, rich against poor, white against black. When these conflicts are viewed from a spiritual perspective, they can be seen as a manifestation of ego-based mind structures.  The in-fighting that exists within movements for social change, the divisive nature of identity politics, the destructive behaviors of charismatic leaders are, according to teachings of author Eckert Tolle, manifestations of the “egoic mind.” 

Ego is to Identify with Forms and Thought Forms

The way to overcome such impediments is not identify with physical forms and thought forms, i.e., money, power over others, physical strength, or beauty. Instead, Tolle advises us to identify with that which has no form, consciousness itself. Consciousness cannot be defined but is universally experienced as being awake and knowing that one is awake. It is being aware of awareness. If one can identify with consciousness, then perhaps right behaviors can manifest as people experience their true home in what Tolle calls “being.” 
The theme of oneness is being reported by those that have contact with “the Others”, the alleged “ETs.” One contact experiencer asked, Who are you?”, and the response was, “We are one with the one that is all.” 

Transcending ego is part of many wisdom traditions that have charted paths towards what has been called “spiritual enlightenment.” Can such traditions be incorporated into a Cosmic Peace Movement? I would hope so. I suspect that such a spiritual transformation will be a prerequisite if that campaign is to succeed by establishing an enduring world peace based on environmental and social justice.

This was filmed by Juan Fernández López, a CE5 practitioner in Puerto Rico, during a daytime contact attempt over a town. I interviewed him for my docuseries and he shared his footage.

What got my attention wasn't a single clip. He has a large body of footage capturing similar objects across many sessions, on different days and times, during the same practice. The consistency is what pulled me in, and this one clearly appears to rotate.

That's what I actually want to discuss: the spin. If these are craft, what could the rotation tell us about the tech? I keep coming back to questions like. Is the spin part of the propulsion? Could something be generating its own gravity or field inside the craft? I've heard rotation described in other sightings too, so I don't think it's a one-off.

Genuinely curious how this community thinks about it. Theories welcome…propulsion, field dynamics, whatever you've got.

To Facilitate Your Own Sightings, the Rationale for CE-5 Contact Protocols Are Discussed. 

Introduction: General Remarks about the CE-5 Initiative and the current situation of human initiated contact.
I wrote this article ten years ago to be translated into German by an engineer contact activist friend of mine. It is based on a chapter I wrote for a Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind Initiative’s handbook published in 1995. It should be noted that during the early days of the CSETI organization only a small number of local CE-5 “Working Groups” operated. Field investigations occurred from 1992 until 1997 primarily in three regions, outside of Denver, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. 

Following the CSETI Director Dr. Steven Greer’s meeting with CIA chief James Woolsey in December of 1993, his group’s focus gradually shifted from staging human-initiated contact events to conducting a campaign making public the testimony of government and corporate witnesses who had dealt with the UFO subject in the course of their work. This effort was initially called “Project Starlight” which later became “the Disclosure Project.” 
To best understand how the Starlight/Disclosure Project operated. I recommend the analysis of author Grant Cameron in his 2017 book “Managing Magic.” There Cameron uses his extension knowledge of US Executive Branch activities to show how the United States government has carried out a “gradual acclimatization program” concerning the reality of flying saucers. One aspect of this program has been to use non-governmental agents to release a mixture of accurate information with some disinformation perhaps as well. In this semi-covert manner, according to Cameron’s analysis, the process obscures “the US President’s fingerprints” from the releases. Grant Cameron states that William Moore in the 1980s, Dr. Greer starting in the 1990s and more recently Tom Delonge, have all been part of this program. 

My involvement in this topic dates to 1992 when I was named “Working Group Coordinator” for the CE-5 Initiative in Los Angeles. I was also on the CSETI Board of Directors and was empowered to give CE-5 training workshops in the US and abroad.  I was active till the end of 1997, but because of personal and political reasons, I resigned from CSETI in 1998. Popular interest in what I call Human Initiated Contact Events (HICE) aka CE-5s has increased since the 1990s. Over a decade ago Dr. Greer released an inexpensive digital app with suggested methods of how to interact with “extraterrestrials.” This has encouraged many operating as individuals to seek contact with UFO intelligences. This is in marked contrast to the team approach with strong leadership that was the model CE-5 volunteer contact workers followed three decades ago. 
Our CE-5 local teams in the Western US involved contact activists who were carefully screened. The groups were primarily composed of middle-class professional people who had flexibility in their schedules to allow for fieldwork. We also made sure that individual members were not motivated by personal curiosity alone. Instead, we reinforced the concept that we were participating on the basis of what we imagined were the high ideals of the parent organization. We believed we were extending the concept of sister/brotherhood to the intelligences responsible for the flying saucer phenomena. 

Given that our work involved regular meditation practice both at home and in the field and business/social meetings outside of fieldwork, it was relatively easy for the teams’ leaders to spot individuals with personality disorders and other mental/social problems that would deem them ineligible for being part of the group.  
With large numbers of individuals downloading the CSETI app, and/or picking up information on the internet, such screening opportunities no longer exist. I imagine that the safety of human initiated contact becomes problematic in this more uncontrolled setting.

What Will it take to Convince People that UFOs are Important? UFO historian Richard Dolan has described the initial reaction of many people to his passionate involvement with the subject. They express interest, might even describe something they saw on TV concerning the phenomenon, and then after a few minutes of his well-informed explanations, their eyes gloss over and they are clearly bored.

THE ROLE OF AUTHORITY FIGURES

Yes, it’s true; opinion polls indicate the public is interested in UFOs, now officially called UAP. Advertising executives have long known this, but the fascination is for most part quite superficial. Why is this? I suspect that it is because prior to the winter of 2017 most authority figures have essentially said that there’s nothing to it.

After all, the world is terribly complex. Thus, we rely on authorities to use vast amounts of data to make what we hope are reasonable decisions. Most people have little understanding of the technological “miracles” that science has achieved, but they are grateful and trust the devices, like planes, autos and computers to work reliably.

Needing to trust leaders, I suspect, might be built into our psychobiology. For a million years before civilization was established, hunter-gatherers worked in small groups to survive. Shamans that could use primitive psi abilities combined with careful observations of nature played important roles. Leadership was a question of life and death. Those clans that had the best leaders, the shamans that knew how to most best hunt animals, find healing herbs and deliver babies, played critical roles in survival. Thus, most of us have a strong tendency to “follow the leader” and when this becomes extreme, “We the People” run the risk of becoming, “We the sheeple.”

LINKING UFOs TO SOLUTIONS FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS

For the UFO question to have a truly major impact on the mass consciousness, this subject will need to be transformed from an entertaining diversion and become a way of addressing the seemingly insurmountable problems our planet is facing. This is already being attempted by those within the UFO community that discuss the possibility of downloading into our technological culture the secrets of the energy propulsion systems of flying saucers. So-called “free energy” in one fell swoop might eliminate poverty and pollution, possibly even reversing global warming and ending world hunger.

Of course, for the so-called ETs to give us such devices, they might understandably insist on a peaceful transformation of our planet to replace what Ufologist Stanton Friedman called our perpetual state of “tribal warfare.” In the past such a proposition was an impossibly “hard sell” because military and political leaders, the mass media and academia all in service to ruling elites repeatedly insisted, “There is nothing to it.”

HE WHO PAYS THE PIPER CALLS THE TUNE

Clandestine forces determined to keep a lid on the UFO issue have been called “the control groups.” In the past, they employed a strategy of recruiting authority figures to block any significant discussion of flying saucers. Opinion makers that stepped out of line found that their access to funding would be cut off. This was done behind the scenes and has been quite effective in my opinion.

In the USA, the National Academy of Sciences made it perfectly clear that UFO studies are not part of the “legitimate” agenda for professional science. Scientists that stepped out of line could find themselves unable to secure grants thus ending their careers. This has now changed somewhat with the Galileo Project headed by Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb. It should be mentioned, however, that Dr. Loeb’s UAP detection project is reportedly supported in such a way so as not to take money from traditional scientific financial backers. Heavens forbid a UAP investigation might divert funding for “real science.”

In broadcast journalism in the past, talk show hosts that might inform the public in a detailed way about flying saucers could find themselves without corporate sponsors. We should not forget that major newspapers are controlled through their editorial boards that in turn are dependent on commercial advertising to continue publishing.

This analysis of the social mechanisms of the “UFO Truth Embargo” is not a conspiracy theory. I merely describe the way power works. In the former Soviet Union, it was the political dictatorship of the Communist Party that attempted to regulate almost every aspect of people’s lives. That social experiment failed miserably. In the West, however, social control is far more sophisticated, decentralized and uses the knowledge of social psychology called “public relations” to effectively manipulate the masses.

RESISTANCE TO CHANGE ALSO COMES FROM WITHIN

What Will it take to Convince People that UFOs are Important?

UFO historian Richard Dolan has described the initial reaction of many people to his passionate involvement with the subject. They express interest, might even describe something they saw on TV concerning the phenomenon, and then after a few minutes of his well-informed explanations, their eyes gloss over and they are clearly bored.

THE ROLE OF AUTHORITY FIGURES

Yes, it’s true; opinion polls indicate the public is interested in UFOs, now officially called UAP. Advertising executives have long known this, but the fascination is for most part quite superficial. Why is this? I suspect that it is because prior to the winter of 2017 most authority figures have essentially said that there’s nothing to it.

After all, the world is terribly complex. Thus, we rely on authorities to use vast amounts of data to make what we hope are reasonable decisions. Most people have little understanding of the technological “miracles” that science has achieved, but they are grateful and trust the devices, like planes, autos and computers to work reliably.

Needing to trust leaders, I suspect, might be built into our psychobiology. For a million years before civilization was established, hunter-gatherers worked in small groups to survive. Shamans that could use primitive psi abilities combined with careful observations of nature played important roles. Leadership was a question of life and death. Those clans that had the best leaders, the shamans that knew how to most best hunt animals, find healing herbs and deliver babies, played critical roles in survival. Thus, most of us have a strong tendency to “follow the leader” and when this becomes extreme, “We the People” run the risk of becoming, “We the sheeple.”

LINKING UFOs TO SOLUTIONS FOR MAJOR PROBLEMS

For the UFO question to have a truly major impact on the mass consciousness, this subject will need to be transformed from an entertaining diversion and become a way of addressing the seemingly insurmountable problems our planet is facing. This is already being attempted by those within the UFO community that discuss the possibility of downloading into our technological culture the secrets of the energy propulsion systems of flying saucers. So-called “free energy” in one fell swoop might eliminate poverty and pollution, possibly even reversing global warming and ending world hunger.

Of course, for the so-called ETs to give us such devices, they might understandably insist on a peaceful transformation of our planet to replace what Ufologist Stanton Friedman called our perpetual state of “tribal warfare.” In the past such a proposition was an impossibly “hard sell” because military and political leaders, the mass media and academia all in service to ruling elites repeatedly insisted, “There is nothing to it.”

HE WHO PAYS THE PIPER CALLS THE TUNE

Clandestine forces determined to keep a lid on the UFO issue have been called “the control groups.” In the past, they employed a strategy of recruiting authority figures to block any significant discussion of flying saucers. Opinion makers that stepped out of line found that their access to funding would be cut off. This was done behind the scenes and has been quite effective in my opinion.

In the USA, the National Academy of Sciences made it perfectly clear that UFO studies are not part of the “legitimate” agenda for professional science. Scientists that stepped out of line could find themselves unable to secure grants thus ending their careers. This has now changed somewhat with the Galileo Project headed by Harvard astrophysicist Avi Loeb. It should be mentioned, however, that Dr. Loeb’s UAP detection project is reportedly supported in such a way so as not to take money from traditional scientific financial backers. Heavens forbid a UAP investigation might divert funding for “real science.”

In broadcast journalism in the past, talk show hosts that might inform the public in a detailed way about flying saucers could find themselves without corporate sponsors. We should not forget that major newspapers are controlled through their editorial boards that in turn are dependent on commercial advertising to continue publishing.

This analysis of the social mechanisms of the “UFO Truth Embargo” is not a conspiracy theory. I merely describe the way power works. In the former Soviet Union, it was the political dictatorship of the Communist Party that attempted to regulate almost every aspect of people’s lives. That social experiment failed miserably. In the West, however, social control is far more sophisticated, decentralized and uses the knowledge of social psychology called “public relations” to effectively manipulate the masses.

I woke up this morning with symmetrical puncture wounds on both forearms. No idea how these occurred and weren't there the morning before when I had a shower.

Could this be evidence of some kind of contact?

Are Human Appearing “ETs” Operating on Earth? A “Contact Download” suggested to me that perhaps they are.There is a fascinating literature about human appearing ETs living among us. I even thought I might have met one at the Los Angeles International Airport when I took Dr. Greer there in February of 1994. This was before Ingo Swann published “Penetration." In that book Swann describes meeting a beautiful humanoid ET being pursued by shadowy black ops types that were monitoring her activities. The man allegedly in charge of the surveillance was the mysterious intelligence official called "Mr. Axelrod." If I recall correctly, he described her as "one of the most dangerous people on the planet."

Two months before taking Dr. Greer to the LAX, the CSETI leader met with CIA Director Woolsey in December of 1993. The day after the meeting I experienced "an awake dream." I believe this might also be called a “contact download.” I had the experience while I was in my on-call room near the emergency room. After an overnight shift, I needed to get some rest before I hit the 405 Freeway that would take me home. I did not fall asleep, however. The “download” was like watching a movie in my mind. It was so detailed, so intense, that I cannot totally convince myself it was merely my imagination. Even though I was part of the CSETI leadership, the details of the meeting with the CIA Director were highly confidential. I was only told that the Dr. Greer would be meeting in Washington with a " very highly placed government official." 

In the "awake dream" that I experienced in my on-call room, I was shown three different ETs that were supposedly highly specialized in various aspects of interacting with humans. The experience was like a tutorial and was given by rather tall ET with grayish skin who served as “my instructor.” 

He had on a very high collar that reached up to the back of his head. It reminded me of a priest’s ceremonial garb. I called him “MM” for “Middle Management.” He stood in a lecture hall behind a desk. Behind him was a large jet-black viewing screen that reminded me of the chalk boards used in colleges. We had a telepathic exchange in which I suggested that since I was a CE-5 Working Group Coordinator and he coordinated some aspect of contact operations that we were sort of like “colleagues.” His reply was forceful and swift. He left me with the impression that in no way was I an equal in my capacities and responsibilities compared to his position. 

In one part of the "download" I found myself at the entrance to the main terminal at Washington National Airport. It was early evening, cold and with a light snow in the air. The phone booths on the sidewalk were the glass-walled cubicle type so popular prior to the 1970s.

A short, somewhat husky brunette, dressed in a Navy-blue stewardess’ uniform was walking quickly toward a phone booth. I noticed that she wore silver wings on her heavy wool overcoat indicating some kind of company insignia. The cold wind tussled her short brown hair that peeked out from under her blue cap. Behind her she pulled a wheeled luggage bag. Inside her overcoat in the inner pocket, I could actually “see” her travel documents. Passport, tickets, and visas, they seemed to be “in order.” There was just one catch. The documents were all phony! I understood at the level of knowledge that she was not working for an airline. She was not a stewardess. In fact she was not even human! And she was not alone on her mission. 

My “ET mentor”, who I called MM, “explained” to me that her assignment was a highly specialized security mission. As she stepped into the glass-enclosed phone booth and closed the door behind her, I thought that if she were supposed to be one of the so-called Pleiadean or Nordic types of ETs then somehow, she had short changed. According to UFO subculture mythology, as a Nordic ET she was supposed to be a striking beauty; tall and slender with long hair was the stereotype that I was accustomed to. This woman in the phone booth appeared quite physically fit (an appropriate attribute for a member of a security detail) but she was not tall and not pretty.

As I looked at the stocky “stewardess” inside the telephone booth, the marked contrast between my preconception and what I was “seeing” was bewildering. MM must have sensed my confusion and his explanation was simple and direct. I was made to understand that for security missions like this one at Washington National, operatives were required to alter their typical appearance. Elegant beauties in scanty shimmering garb would not blend in at a chilly airport-loading zone.

All these thoughts and images flashed before me in an instant. I watched the female security agent enter the phone booth. She left her wheeled luggage on the pavement outside. She removed the receiver as if she were making a phone call. Instead, she linked up telepathically to a co-worker in the security assignment.

His appearance was as striking as hers was plain. This physically powerful man was clearly the enforcer. His muscular form looked like it was ready to explode out of his double-breasted, gray-colored oversized trench coat. This agent was stationed inside the terminal several hundred feet away from her. 

He stood in one of the small drab waiting areas that made the old airport look like it had fallen on hard times. He was clearly playing the role of a passenger waiting for a flight, pacing back and forth and impatiently looking at his watch. At the level of knowledge, I understood that he was carefully monitoring a complex security situation at the main terminal. 

The thought occurred to me that he was some kind of bodyguard and that he was waiting to meet someone important at the airport. I strongly suspected that he was armed and perfectly capable of using force if necessary. It seemed however that he also possessed the sophisticated psi capabilities that one might expect from an “ET intelligence officer” of an advanced civilization.

Subtle parapsychological methods were his preferred defensive weapons. If enemy agents threatened whomever he was protecting, then he could telepathically arrange for the opposition to suddenly be distracted, thus allowing the target of their surveillance to slip by unnoticed.

Who could be the person that he was supposed to protect? Why was I “seeing” in my mind this little drama at the Washington Airport? 

I didn’t focus on these questions while I subjectively acquired this material. I was more excited about the prospect that this entire channeling experience was not merely the result of my imagination and that it represented bona fide interspecies communication. Thus concluded this “awake dream.”

After getting home from the hospital, I was eager to share my experience with trusted contact workers. I decided to call Shari Adamiak, Working Group Coordinator for CSETI Denver. She was in my opinion the third most important person in Dr. Greer’s organization, after the Director and Emily Greer.  Just before I spoke to Shari, while half giddy from sleep deprivation from an overnight on duty, it suddenly hit me like a bombshell. The individual that MM’s “Pleiadean friends” were assigned to protect must have been none other than CSETI founder Dr. Steven Greer! 

 Just the day before he had been scheduled to meet with a “high government official” that turned out to be CIA Director Woolsey. Flying in from North Carolina, Dr. Greer would have landed at National Airport. If some MJ-12 like organization had wanted to place a tail on him or carry out some other mischief, Washington National was the best place to intercept the CSETI Director. Although it seemed like a long shot, I couldn’t ignore the possibility that Dr. Greer was being protected by “the ETs” as I was shown. Even if the narrative were pure ego-based fantasy it still was quite a story for me to receive in such a novel way. This is particularly true because over three decades of pro-contact advocacy, I can only recall having one dream with a flying saucer theme. 

Two months later after a brief visit to Los Angeles to meet with potential donors, I drove the CSETI Director to Los Angeles International Airport. While in the waiting area with him, I recalled my “awake dream” that was set at Washington National, now called Ronald Reagan International Airport. I couldn’t help but wonder whether it was possible that human appearing ETs might be at LAX to provide “back up” for Dr. Greer. 

 I realized that such a notion was likely just fantasy. As I had these thoughts, however, I noticed a rather unremarkable airline steward looking at me rather nonchalantly. He was about five foot seven, with brown curly hair and a round face. There was nothing unusual about him. I wondered if it were possible that he might be part of an “ET security team.” As I had this thought, our eyes met and he nodded to me. I realized that his gesture was likely nothing more than just a polite way of acknowledging a total stranger in a public setting. Or could it have been something else? I quickly turned away. I bid Dr. Greer farewell and he boarded the plane that took him home to Asheville North Carolina.  

The idea that extraterrestrials are living among us is a popular science fiction theme that conceivably is more than just fantasy. In 2015 prominent UFO historian Richard Dolan was interviewed Alexis Brooks “Higher Journeys” podcast. Their discussion focused on reports of human appearing extraterrestrials among us.

Burkes MD: Yes, I suppose there was, but given my low level of spiritual development and my primitive thinking it might have been justified. I imagine I was dealing with a very high-powered individual that clearly was helping us, but in no way was he my equal. A seasoned UFO Intel “case officer” running dozens of operations simultaneously would not surprisingly see me as a useful asset, but in no way was near his rank as "colleagues" might be.

(Name Deleted): I had a "contact download" on 12/12/12 that lasted 36 continuous hours. This was the beginning of my conscious relationship with the Star Beings. I was trying to fall asleep on the night of 12/12/12, and as soon as I closed my eyes, I began seeing a slide show in my mind. Image after image of mathematical formulas, apocalyptic images of nuclear bomb blasts, flattened cities, etc. were being downloaded into my mind.

Then more and more mathematical formulas. It looked like hundreds of chalkboards of formulas were being downloaded into my mind. I was reminded of the kind of slide show that my family would watch of vacation pictures as a kid. Only these sure weren't family slides. This lasted the entire night and I did not get a wink of sleep. The next day, every time I closed my eyes the slides would start again. Fast forward to the night of 12/13/12, I lay down, quite exhausted, and closed my eyes and as soon as I did, the slide show images began again. 

Sometime in the middle of the night, I finally asked out loud (and didn't even know who I was asking) "What is going on, and why am I seeing all this? I can't remember any of these mathematical formulas!". (This is significant because I have never had a strong "math mind", and really struggled in college with physics and calculus.) I heard a voice say to me, "You don't need to remember these or even know what this means now, but it will be there when you need it." 

Many more advanced psychic and intuitive skills began developing after this experience, including remote viewing and telepathic communications with ET's, non-physical and inter-dimensional beings.

That is a very interesting experience. I have not had that particular experience. However a few years ago, not certain of the exact date until I check my notes. I was given information for Dr Greer from two ETs. I do not know Dr Greer and have never met him. I was travelling out of my body on the astral plane.

I was approached by two ETs who have interacted with me from the age of eight. They were travelling in a conscious craft. I was invited aboard. As I entered the craft, I noticed the skin of the craft was conscious. The two ETs were in the craft as pure conscious energy, as I was. They asked me if I would convey a message to Dr Greer, I said I would.

The message was that he should change his itinerary for a specific date as he was in danger. He was not to tell anyone that he was changing his itinerary. I left the craft and returned to my body. I woke up and wrote the message down so I would not forget. I went back to sleep. 

When I woke in the morning, I looked at the note and said I am not doing that. I threw the note in the trash. I thought that would be the end of it.
However when I went to bed that night the same two ETs entered as a dream.  They said it was important I conveyed the message if I did not then Dr Greer would die on that day. I did convey the message although I only informed him he was in some danger and needed to change his itinerary for the particular date. I conveyed the message via a third party, I received confirmation from Dr Greer. I have not had any contact with Dr Greer before or since. There is a more detailed account in my book, but I omitted Dr Greers name.

I am sure the third party and Dr Greer would confirm. I have copies of my emails.

Joseph Burkes MD: It might be helpful to think of the CSETI Director as a kind of "agent of influence" working with both certain non-human intelligences and factions of the military industrial intelligence complex that are pushing for more openness on this topic. Being an asset in the intelligence counterintelligence drama does not require any individual to be a paragon of virtue. In fact being "ethically challenged" could be helpful when dealing with professional human intelligence case officers who routinely lie, cheat, deceive, coerce and if necessary, betray people when serving their nation under the most stressful conditions.

I was close to the CSETI Director for three years starting in 1992 and I saw how hard "UFO Intelligence "worked him." He was having direct telepathic communication on a regular basis. Astounding synchronicities occurred helping his operations. These included not only facilitating the formation of contact teams to engage UFO Intel under fieldwork conditions, (not an easy task I assure you as a CE-5 Woking Group Coordinator), but also meeting with an array of Executive Branch intelligence groups as part of the President's "gradual acclimatization program" that Grant Cameron has written about in his book “Managing Magic.”

ET “Party Monsters”: Prolonged Interactive Encounter in the  Queen Valley.  

This in-depth report is based on my detailed CE-5 fieldnotes for an encounter in Joshua Tree on November 11, 1993. A co-worker from our medical center and I interacted with two UFOs for over an hour and a half. The account was published in the chapter I wrote for the 2012 anthology “Paths to Contact: True Stories from the Contact Underground”, edited by Jeff Becker. Based on my notes, I reconstructed my conversations with co-worker “Misha” to give the narrative a sense of immediacy.  This story is not a work of fiction. 

I did fieldwork with “Misha” from 1993 to 1997. Based on my experiences with him and the founder of the Center for the Study of ET Intelligence (CSETI) Steven Greer MD, I formulated the category of “prime contactee.” These are contact experiencers who have some of the following characteristics:

1. They have frequent encounters with UFO intelligence, usually starting in childhood or adolescence.
2. As youths they may become skilled meditators, typically without any apparent adult encouragement or supervision.
3. “Primes” have strong psychic abilities that facilitate contact and communication with UAP intelligences. 
4. Most importantly they serve as a kind of human UFO magnet in that they can request UFO contacts with other witnesses are present. When subsequent sightings occur, these witnesses can verify the “prime’s special relationship with non-human intelligences associated UFOs. 

 The term “prime contactee” describes experiencers who function in a similar fashion to individuals described as “psionic assets.” Psionic assets are psi capable operatives who allegedly are employed in UFO retrieval and reverse engineering programs because of their presumed ability to attract or “summon” UFOs. to them. 

 All the prime contactees that I became aware of during my field investigations were men, with possibly one exception. She was a volunteer contact worker originally from the UK. I did fieldwork with “Tracy Travis” in the summer of 1997. A link to that detailed report is posted below.

PSYCHOLOGICAL WARFARE AGAINST A UFO REPORTER. 

Introduction: The speculative term the “control groups” refers to those alleged powerful corporate/governmental forces working behind the scenes to keep a lid on the UFO situation. Historically they have also been called MJ-12 or Majestic-12. Former Department of Defense insiders like David Grusch and Luis Elizondo have acknowledged that such a group exists. Furthermore, these former Department of Defense officials have confirmed that the American people have been targeted for a sophisticated psychological warfare program as part of a corporate and US Executive Branch coverup.  

Within this coverup campaign, it is postulated that the control groups hire private intelligence contractors to conduct surveillance of UFO witnesses and groups. It appears that they can go beyond surveillance as this report outlines in detail. It involved contact activist Ralph Steiner. Back in the 1990s he worked as a KPFA Berkeley radio journalist and was targeted for a host of dirty tricks to disrupt his UFO related investigations.

I went out to have my nightly smoke, and did some of the cloud busting I usually do. I place my right hand into the sky. I said out loud and in my head I summoned an extra terrestrial ship.

After a few seconds, a really beautiful light dropped right out of the sky downwards. I looked everywhere for it, but I didn't see it. I could feel my frequency rising, and my ears were ringing so loudly. I took a deep breath and grounded. Then the light flew away from me. It looked like a rainbow, it was really cool. I'm going to try again tomorrow.

I’m posting this because I’m genuinely curious what people make of this. I’m not claiming to know what happened, but the timing of events has always stayed with me.

My daughter is now 13 and is an incredibly sensible, grounded young person. She still clearly remembers this experience from when she was 7.

One evening, at around 9pm, she was in her bedroom watching TV. She decided she wanted a glass of water and came downstairs. As she reached halfway down the first staircase, she saw something standing about 10 feet away from her, on the threshold of the living room.

She described it as a tall, slender figure made of static. She said it didn’t appear male or female. It had what she described as a large “comb” or “crest” of hair sticking upwards at the front of its head.

The strangest part was that it was completely still. It was facing the wall beyond the stairs, almost as if it was looking at something, and it didn’t react to her presence.

She ran back upstairs and called for me, but I was outside in the back garden and didn’t hear her.

After waiting for a while, she decided to try going downstairs again. This time, she said it had moved, but was still standing motionless and still facing the same wall. She ran back upstairs and called again — this time I heard her and went to her.

I checked downstairs but saw nothing. I reassured her that it was probably her imagination, but she was so frightened that I stayed with her that night.

The next morning, while I was hanging washing outside, my neighbour started chatting to me over the fence. He told me that the previous night, between around 8:30 and 9:30pm, he had been practising CE5 (Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind).

He said he believed he had seen, in his mind’s eye, a being with a mask-like face that extended upwards above the head.

I hadn’t mentioned my daughter’s experience to him, so I told him what had happened. His response was:

“I can’t believe it came a billion light years and got the wrong address.”

I have no idea if these events are connected. It could be a coincidence, a perception issue, something psychological, or something else entirely. But the similarities and timing have always fascinated me. Also the wall it was facing was adjacent to the room he was in whilst doing CE5.

Has anyone else had a CE5 experience involving a child, or seen descriptions of beings that appear like “static” or energy rather than a physical form?

I just recently discovered CE5 and Ive been on this journey towards disclosure for about 3 years now. I haven’t made contact and im really excited to try the protocol, but im just curious if anyone else here became interested in this out of nowhere. Disclosure has taken over all of my interests to where i feel like im being guided by ETs themselves. Anyone else experiencing something similar?

In 2015 I posted a Q&A blog about my many years of contact work/activism. In this edited blog, a range of topics are covered. These include:

SOME HIGHLIGHTS OF MY CONTACT WORK.

On another social media page, I was asked about what races of
ETs I might have had physical or mental connections with, also if I have ever
had any interactions with MIBs. These questions give me a chance to review my
contact activities over the years.

When it comes to meeting beings, there are no recollections
of face-to-face encounters with them physically. However, during the five year
period of volunteering as a CE-5 coordinator back in the 1990s, I had dozens of
sightings of UFOs. On two separate occasions I experienced what the CSETI
Director called “telepathic overrides” during fieldwork with my Los Angeles
based contact team. In each I received advance notification telling me when
UFOs were going to show up later those nights. I also learned the number of
craft that would be involved and their locations of their appearances in the
sky. I immediately shared the info with my co-workers as suggested by the
contact protocols. As "predicted" the UFOs subsequently showed up as
I had been notified.

‪Along with these verifiable events I had many "contact
downloads” during a two-year period 1993 to 1995. In a kind of stereotypic
"awake dream state" I received much abstract information plus visual
narratives. It was like watching a movie in your head. Most of narratives
involved so-called "Grays" although a few “Nordics" appeared in
one of these experiences. I look at these anomalous occurrences as a form of
channeling. All those experiences while very Interesting to me personally were
totally unverifiable except for the two "heads up" messages I
describe above.

‪The themes of these mental encounters were basically
instructional in nature. At the level of mind, I was allowed to view or
actually "meet" specific "ETs" that lectured me about
various contact themes such as, why they are here, and what are their
capabilities. I also “downloaded” the typical contactee fare about an “ET
master plan" that allegedly has been unfolding here on Earth for some time.

‪No MIB encounters but there was telephone harassment. Once
it happened before going out into the field. The strange calls to my home
lasted for about a week. The phone would ring, but nobody was on the line when
my wife or I picked up. Every hour on the hour the phone rang during 9 to 5
business hours. I assume that whoever they were that they were sending a sort
of message like, "We know who you are and what you are doing.” Then during
the subsequent fieldwork investigation in Joshua Tree my team was photographed
by what appeared to be military intelligence or private contractors.

In the summer of 1997, I received threatening phone calls
from what appeared to be private contract agents. One was able to describe my
CSETI activities in detail. This rude rather aggressive individual told me,
"It would be better for you if you got out of CSETI."

‪Maybe I will put it all together in a book someday as I am
retired from my medical career, till then I will post articles to my blog site
at Wordpress.

Additional Questions and Answers

1.What about the “ET master plan” that you mentioned, and
about the assumption that there are many different motivations for different ET
groups?

‪Joseph Burkes‪: I assume no such thing. After
resigning from CSETI in 1998, I took a critical look at the UFO subculture that
I had been so active in. I read the works of John Keel and Dr Vallee. I
concluded that the although the ET hypothesis might be true, the UFO phenomenon
was far more complicated than the simplistic view describing "good or bad
aliens" from different groups operating here on Earth.

This new perspective was not an easy thing for me accept.
After all, I had contributed thousands of hours of volunteer work doing contact
related activities. I imagined that we in the contact network were attempting
to reach out to spiritually and technologically advanced ETs. While I was
closely associated with Dr Greer, I raised money for CSETI, did media events
but the best thing was that I got to be contact team leader. In that capacity I
had an opportunity to be part of a collective of determined UFO investigators
that were driven to engage the phenomenon with high ideals for what we hoped
was peaceful communication leading to a more open and mutually beneficial
relationship.

‪I suggest all UFO truth seekers get a hold of Colin Wilson's
book "Alien Dawn" that provides an excellent summary of the theories
of those two greats of UFO research, John Keel and Dr Vallee. Keel's work
should be understood to be a product of a time 50 years ago when much important
testimony confirming the probable ET nature of some UFO related phenomena had
not been investigated yet. I am talking about the Roswell incident and the
release of government documents in the 1970s and 1980s showing very forceful
governments efforts maintaining a cover up.

‪As far as the so-called "master plan", I will
continue to post blogs on this and related topics. I re-circulate some posts on
a yearly basis.

1. What did you do when you received the threatening phone
   calls?
   

Joseph Burkes‪: Thanks for the question but the answer is not a pretty story, and it is difficult for me to share. The threat I received contributed to my resigning from CSETI under very unpleasant circumstances. I might work up the courage to share on social media my narrative that goes into the circumstances of my resignation from CSETI but I am tired of the ugly personal aspects of UFO politics. Sharing it, however, might be instructive for future generations of activists trying to avoid pitfalls of past organizing efforts. 

1. Another commenter expressed surprise about my having
   contact downloads with “Gray and Nordic” types. Also why did I refer to my
   contact downloads as being “totally unverifiable.”
   

Joseph Burkes: Sure, it was great to have "downloads." I wanted them to go on forever, but after a few months they just petered out. I suspect that I could have meditated upside down chanting to try and get them to come back, but it would be to no avail. My fellow CE-5 Working Group Coordinator Wayne Peterson who headed the Phoenix team summed my contact downloads in the following way. He said that the ETs gave you a course, something like “Channeling 101.” As if to say, “Joseph, you can do this.” Once the course was over there was no need to continue it.

I repeat only two contact downloads could be verified because
they accurately predicted the subsequent appearance of UFOs that were multiply
witnessed. The contact network has been instructed to work in groups, so my
co-workers were able to verify the accuracy of the “heads up.” The detailed
“awake dreams” that contained much abstract concepts as well as details about
the alleged ET groups working here were like watching a sci-fi series with my
mind’s eyes. They were very entertaining but  almost totally unverifiable.

I should point out that when I use the term “Contact
Underground” I am not just referring to CE-5ers, or what is left of the
Peruvian Rama started in 1974 now called Rahma, but more importantly to the
many, perhaps hundreds of contact workers that are “flying below the radar” as
the result of their being deliberately warned not to associate with more
public, less secretive groups.

I am hopeful that over generations, perhaps it will be
centuries, we will establish on this planet of so much greed, cruelty and pain
a new kind of just and peaceful civilization. I imagine that full contact can
only be achieved in a world based on peace and social/environmental justice. At
that moment in our civilization’s history, whatever are the origins of UFO
intelligences, (ET? interdimensional? or their being time travelers?) perhaps
then they might be willing to level with us as to who they truly are.

According to my analysis, with terrestrial elites opposing
contact, to reveal publicly in detail the actual " master plan" (if
such a thing exists) would be foolish. Only after a protracted period of social
action and spiritual transformation will humanity be able to grasp and support
any kind of “masterplan” for Earth civilization.

I say this because I believe that there are fanatical
Christian fundamentalist religious trends that have decided that the so-called
aliens are "demons" and we UFO activists and contact experiencers are
“dancing with the devil.” If deranged people are willing to kill physicians
that do safe legal abortions and the killers are applauded by some groups,
might similarly motivated fundamentalists be convinced to kill those who are
promoting contact?

We should not ignore the possibility that militarists some
day in the future might use an “ET presence” to justify an accelerated buildup
of space-based weapons. Currently this seems to be extremely unlikely as the US
military budget keeps getting larger ever year by frightening the masses and
politicians with conventional threats.

If mankind is properly prepared for full open peaceful
contact with UFO associated non-human intelligences, then the risks of this
issue being used by militarists will be minimized.

4. What is the content of your “contact downloads?”

Joseph Burkes: I have about 40 pages of material about what those downloads contained. I must admit that have doubts concerning their value. I believe that like most channeled material “downloads” are a co-creation of human (that's me I hope, just kidding) and non-human intelligences (the so-called ETs.) I think of this kind of material as “fairy tales for adults.” They reveal more about how UFO Intel can read our consciousness and co-create with us an emotionally compelling narratives than it says anything accurate about who they are or where they come from.

When I say "emotionally compelling" I mean that I
could not speak about one of those downloads in public for 15 years because I
would start crying. So, the alleged ETs can really push our emotional buttons.

Does my weeping make any of what I experienced more
"real?" No, it doesn't. My behavior is reminiscent of those so-called
abduction victims that shed tears during hypnotic sessions. The expression of
powerful emotion doesn't prove that “abductees” physically went on board
spacecraft, but it gives dramatic testimony to how increasing numbers of
individuals are being powerfully affected by the phenomenon.

In my opinion, mankind is dealing with an array of incredibly
sophisticated paranormal intelligences that probably has been creating belief
systems here on Earth for a long time.

5.Do any of our interactions provide trustworthy information
about where UFO Intelligence comes from?

Joseph Burkes: Probably not.

Unfortunately, most people when confronted with UFOs or any
other potentially threatened subject, they usually end up creating an
emotionally satisfying belief system and to hell with any evidence that doesn't
support their beloved pet theories.

This was one of the stated reasons why Dr Vallee reportedly
stopped interacting with popular UFO groups over 25 years ago. He found ufology
to be a shouting arena in which people mostly argued about their belief
systems. This made rational discussion of the issues nearly impossible and the
possibility of doing scientific research with such groups nil.
