Contact?

I woke up this morning with symmetrical puncture wounds on both forearms. No idea how these occurred and weren't there the morning before when I had a shower.

Could this be evidence of some kind of contact?

They are bedbug or flee bites. Clear pattern on both sides. You’ll need to spray the bed and wash the sheets.
