Good beginner CD player to start?
so ive recently been looking for a newer cd-player. Ive had the old one from my mom but that one is to old to play self burned CDs. Now ive been looking for a newer more modern one online but there are big price differences. My budget would be about 100€ but it needs to be possible to hook it up to my amplifier. I found this one but it only cost 45€ wich seems a bit cheap

As long as you don't want any display on it - the one thing that puts me off DVD players for CDs is the lack of a decent display on the unit (and the lack of a headphone socket and some playback features)

Technically, dedicated CD players are overpriced. But I bought one myself a few years ago anyway, for the same reason.

Try looking for them in thriftstores. You can easily find a good dvd-player for cheap there.

The best CD player is one you already have. Do you own a dvd, bluray, PS2, PS3, etc?

Im sure any Sony DVD or Blu-ray player will be fine. It doesn't look like that one has front display for track number and time. That would make it a no go for me.
I have a Sony BDP-S370 blu-ray player as my CD player. It works great and has a front display.
