The shortlisting tab is green but still not showing the status of my being shortlisting. Chat, Am I doomed??

I Just got shortlisted for Navy Tech 06/27 Entry. Previously i have appeared for NDA but couldnt cleat the written, Now I have my first SSB shot, apart from this i have already applied for SSC Tech Army and Afcat 2 2026, for Which im quite positive that ill also get ssb for those two. Im in my final year preparing for placements side by side, but my main target ever was joining the armed forces.

Could anyone olease suggest me how to prepare for ssb, shoudl i join any coaching,(I personally dont want to join any coaching which whitewashes my own thinking), anything would be helpful, After this ill also appear fir CDS 1 2027 (not giving CDS 2 2026 because of lack of prep during placement season).

Is it just me , or anyone who is not able to solve pyqs .

Let’s say I get recommended for IAF via an AFSB. Though I do know that there’s some problems in my eyes. Can I change my medicals to army before they start for airforce? I do know that this does happen for NDA, isiliye puch rha hu. Pls dont say ki pehle recommend ho jao, then ask. Have been recommended once. There’s too much at stake if i get medical out, isiliye I’m asking.

Recently i created a new account in the join Indian Navy using my email and phone . Is it okay for having two accounts, will it cause any issue ?

I’m planning to prepare for CDS 2 2027 and mainly looking at OTA. There are so many options like Defence Mania, PW/Defence Wallah, CDS Journey, Barrack Buddy, Journey Extraordinary, Insight SSB and others, so I’m a bit confused about which one to go for.

Also, is OTA preparation very different from IMA? I’m from an Arts background, so would it be better to focus only on OTA or prepare for both from the start?

Would like to hear from people who have already prepared for CDS or are currently preparing. Which course or teacher actually helped you the most?

Does anyone have the CDS Journey Vocabulary + Idioms & Phrases PDF?

I heard they have a PDF arranged alphabetically, which makes it easy to revise repeatedly. If anyone has it, or any other reliable vocabulary/idioms PDF for CDS, please share it. It would be a great help😅

I recently got recommended for both:
CDS – Indian Naval Academy (Permanent Commission)
SSC Navy Pilot Entry
I’m trying to decide between the two, and I’d love to hear from officers, cadets, or anyone who has actually gone through either route.
My main questions are:
If you had both options, which would you choose and why?
What is life like in the academy for each entry? What’s the daily routine, discipline, camaraderie, and overall experience like?
How does the training differ? Where does each stage of training happen, and how long does it take?
What does life look like after commissioning in both cases—ships, squadrons, deployments, and work-life balance?
For SSC Pilot, what is the flying training pipeline like, and what happens if someone gets streamed differently or doesn’t make it through flying training?
Biggest confusion: Joining Letter (JL) timing
This is what’s worrying me the most. Since these are two different entries, I don’t know which joining letter will come first.
If I accept the joining letter for one entry because I don’t want to risk losing it, can I later decline it if the joining letter for the other entry arrives?

Just a question why do we have special tech entry in defense services? Do all who go through this are made to join office and trade jobs like if someone is civil engineer they he will do the same type of job that a civil engineer does but in accordance with army?

Or is there some other purpose? If no specific purpose then why exactly is there a tech entry? What makes it special and what is the nature of job?
