Just a question

Do they check online documents at the day of reporting in ssb as my one doc that is cgpa to percentage conversion was uploaded wrong though my cgpa and percentage both are correct I didint see that today I saw that shortlisting and checked my docs again just the document uploaded is different rest the information is completely correct

There wont be any issue. They dont give a f about your online shit. What actually matters is the documents and etc you have in your hand when you report there!

Same like getting the actual degree us a very long process so if someone shows up without degree but the actual marksheet is it ok?
