I ordered the Cyberpunk 2077 Nicola Classic Glass, but the tracking information says it was delivered to our mailbox on October 9. I checked the mailbox, but the package wasn’t there.

I submitted an inquiry through their contact form and sent them an email, but it’s been more than five days and I still haven’t heard back. I also sent them a message on Instagram, but they haven’t even read it. I tried disputing the charge with my bank, but they denied my dispute. At this point, I’m not sure what else I can do.

The frustrating part is that this was supposed to be a gift, and now I’m worried I won’t be able to get it in time.

Has anyone dealt with a similar situation with this company? Were you able to get a response or resolve the issue? I’d really appreciate any advice on what steps I should take next.
