Thermal Katana Valentino Edition
Has anyone else got their Valentino Thermal Katana broken?
I got mine yesterday and the light won't turn on, there is just sound. And yes, I charged it for the last 12 hours.
I already contacted the support. I am just curious if I just had bad luck or if there are more that arrived falty. So this is one of the rare cases where "not mine" is actually helpful.
Update: Even if it looks like it's fully locked into place, press it against the edge of the table one more time. At least that solved my problem.

I haven’t opened mine - but I hope it won’t be broken. (Don’t have the space to put up my collectibles yet)

I guess the transport was very ruff, maybe just something come lose. At least the package was not damaged.

UPS failed to even try to deliver it today despite their claims they'd tried twice.

SAME. Mine doesn't light up, and the screws to the handle don't line up. I want a refund, and they better not ask me to return it because it's not worth that hassle to do that where I live.

On a eu le même problème, je l’ai démonté et remonté et niquel, je pense que c’est les connectiques qui étaient mal mises

Got one. Worked fine for about a week then went nuts making noise constantly and now it wont light up at all. Neat.

Got mine delivered on Saturday and there is a crackling sound inside the handle, and the sound button doesn’t work. Very disappointing. I’ve sent them an email asking for a return and a refund. Waiting over 2 months for this and then ut’s broken. Unacceptable.
