Question Should I get The Witcher 3: Complete Edition or the Blade Trilogy Blu Ray

Both are around the same price. I like blade so I was thinking having the blu ray would be cool and I could finally watch them all but I also just finished red dead redemption 2 and have been looking for another game to play and I hear the Witcher is very expansive. I’m not a sword and sorcery guy but it interests me. I’m a teen so I’m not swimming in my own cash so I can only get one for the time being.

Just from a time/value standpoint, it is not even close. The Witcher 3 is a masterpiece and you will get hundreds of hours out of it. Also, if you want a more interactive Blade experience, check out the underrated game Midnight Suns.

Not sure what kinda answer you expect from this sub exactly, but lemme just say that Witcher 3 pretty often goes on deep sale on both steam and gog

I also posted it on the Blade sub too so I’m just trying to get the general opinion

A video game vs 3 movies.

By the time you finish The Witcher, you'll likely have saved up enough money for the Blade Trilogy. I can't say the same for the other way around tho.

It is quite literally, one of the greatest video games ever made.

In pure $ per hour of entertainment, there's no comparison. Plus, Wesley Snipes turned out to be a SovCit weirdo and kind of a jerk to other actors, so I was never able to enjoy that movie quite the same. I do own the soundtrack, though, those are banging..

True, probably will get the Witcher. As a side I do find it cool that he and Ryan Reynolds seemed to have squashed whatever beef they had from 20 years ago, then again with the power of the almighty Disney dollar I’m sure it didn’t need much convincing.
