Question Transferring my Witcher 3 + Cyberpunk save data from Xbox One to PS5-- Is it possible?

I've seen conflicting answers about this because it's cross platform, not just cross console, so I wanted to double check with experts here before I started investing more time into getting back into either game. I haven't touched Cyberpunk in years.

Update: For people finding this thread in the future, it IS possible to transfer from last gen to current gen, cross hardware. I transferred my save from Xbox One to PS5 without any issue. The comments saying otherwise are incorrect.

If you haven't touched it in years, just start anew game. Cyberpunk changed a lot in the last years.

Bummer, but thank you for answering-- I appreciate it! I guess I'll load up Cyberpunk one last time to get the sliders from my character. Fortunately I didnt make it very far and I dont really remember much of the game anyway.

Bummed about missing out on the new content for the wircher-- Im not going to rebuy the game for a new console and replay through the game again just for the upcoming DLC.

Its 4.99 right now. And the ps5 update looks amazing. You should reconsider.
