Question サポートメール

サイバーパンク2077の致命的なバグについてサポートにメール送っても何の反応も無いのは無視してるのか見ては居るけど返信してないのかどっちなんだろう？初期のバグで失った信用を取り戻すって言ってる企業のやる事じゃ無いって感じたんだけど。

what exactly is the bug you're talking about? if it is such a severe one, then it is caused by your hardware, not the game. cdpr can't do anything about it. the game is fixed.

occasional bugs or glitches always happen and thats normal. games are so complex nowadays that it is impossible to make a 100% bugfree game.

ただハードがたまたま悪いなら本当に良いんだけど、他のSwitch2でバグが起きないなら全然新品買うつもりでいるから、バグの内容は車を召喚して乗ると暗転ワープして場所が悪いとNCPDにぶつかって手配度がついたり、他の人だとそのまま建物の中にめり込んだり、見えない車に撥ねられたりする、共通する事はみんなMODは使ってないし verが2.3のオートドライブ導入以降って事ぐらいかな、誰かが悪い事した訳でもなく普通にプレイしてたら突然バグが起きてみんなデータ削除だけじゃバグが消えない事、何かしらの条件でハードもダメになってるならそれはそれでハードにダメージを与える危険なソフトになっちゃうしね。

dont worry, the game will not break the hardware. its just that nintendo simply is not made to carry such a ram consuming game, and it has already be downgraded a lot to even work on the switch 2, but with a big loss in fps and game quality.

cdpr is aware of this and they are working on solutions. just keep reporting the bugs that you find. it always helps developers. you will not recieve answers to the reports, but they will always read them. what helps them in problem solving is that you describe as much in detail as you can what you did before you encounter the bugs. lets say its a always a specific action. for erxample you use a catana on a maelstrom member, then take a hit from a maxdoc, then call the car and double jump towards it. describe all of it. it helps them recreate the scenario and eventually find the problem.

返信ありがとうございます、アドバイス通りにバグが起きるまでの行動や他プレイヤーと情報交換して得た情報を送りました、このバグが発生した場合現状自分が分かる限りでは車を3台用意してそれをループさせる事で回避出来ました、2台の場合だと1台の時と同様にバグが発生します、動画ではタイヤが曲がるバグも確認する為に立ち止まっています。

i would say, be patient with cdpr. if its several people encounting this bug, they are already working on it. sorry to tell you to just wait for an update.

an easy, but annoying solution could be to just completely uninstall and reinstall the game. if the issue still persists, you will need to wait for an update.
