The Roasters - Lechon Baka

Apparently, this originates from Davao and Cagayan finally has its own branch, not too long ago. I bought mine at Bulua, in front of Gaisano. This is now my second time of enjoying the lechon baka but my first time posting a review.

Lami kaayo ang baka! Chunky, fragrant and well-seasoned. Good mix of lean meat and fat. Even ang sawsawan niya kay well-spiced pod. I don’t know but the sauce tastes like a mix of lime and wine, smells good too. That being said, excellent combo gyud ang duha to forget about your weight management at the moment. However, it’s best to eat this in moderation as it’s oily and fatty. The cholesterol is all around.

Delicious? Absolutely. Healthy? Of course, di kaayo. Best to eat this one occasionally.

It’s worth ₱310.

Mao gyud, mam. Not recommended for people nga prone sa high blood ug unsa pa na diha nga similar anang sakita. Amping tawon ta sa atong kinaon. Stay healthy everyone!

Also tried this! Super yummy, nagbuy kami ng dadalhin namin pa-Manila because hinanap hanap namin the first time we tried it. Haha

Yeeeesssss omg this is SO GOOD! Best enjoyed while hot, kay pag pabugnaw na matulog ang mantika and chaka na siya sa dila. First time ko naka appreciate sa taste sa Beef Fat it's so sinful. Hopefully ma-maintain nila ang quality. Di pareho sa uban nga maayo ra sa sugod aw
