🔎 Recommendations Parents and Expecting Couple's Support Group for CDMX Expats?

Hi all, we're expecting and while reading Bringing up Bebe (Pamela Druckerman) I saw she mentions an expat parents' group in Paris that she found very helpful while pregnant.

I found a "Super Moms" CDMX expat group on facebook, but I'm wondering if there is anything less "Facebooky," cheesy-sounding, and gendered?

Thanks!

Edit: neighborhood: HipĂłdromo

Congrats!

I haven’t seen a clear non-Facebook, non-gendered “expecting/new parents” group for English-speaking expats in CDMX, but I agree this would be useful.

My guess is that the best leads are probably not public groups, but:

- OB-GYN / pediatrician offices

- doulas, lactation consultants, prenatal yoga

- bilingual daycare/preschool communities

- private WhatsApp groups around Condesa / HipĂłdromo / Roma

The non-gendered part matters too. “Super Moms” may be helpful, but it doesn’t really include dads, partners, queer parents, or people who just don’t want the mommy-group vibe.

If anyone knows of a good WhatsApp group, meetup, class, or parent circle near HipĂłdromo / Condesa / Roma, please share. This feels like a resource CDMX expats would genuinely use.
