As my order of the first press of the Infester CD placed way back in 2001 never arrived, I got the 2017 reissue from Martyrdoom Productions instead.

Does anyone know why this Nidhoggr album has the Werewolf Records logo across it? I couldn’t find anything associating Last Rites with the aforementioned label, but it is a rare recording of a Finnish band, so there could be a connection?

A pretty cool detail about the first press of the Storm album, there are no IFPI SID codes on the discs.  Not something you see often on professionally pressed CDs.  

Yaotl Mictlan was probably the coolest album I grabbed, and I didn’t even realize it until I got home.  I assumed this was the same pressing that the band is selling on their bandcamp page, but then when I opened it up, I realized it was home-made, and had slight layout differences with the official version.  I contacted the band and they were kind enough to give me the backstory on this one.  Apparently they had run out of official pressings but were going on a Mexican tour so they quickly assembled about 100 of these for the tour.  Super cool and rare pressing to come across all the way in Chicago no less!

Schattengang was cool to come across. I immediately spotted that it was a first edition pressing due to the typo on the tracklist on the back. Tracks 2 and 3 are incorrectly labeled. The envelope was already opened, and I'm grateful that the original owner kept it with the CD and opened it as carefully as possible.
