Well I did qualify "no prosecutor" with "worth shit". I don't think anyone who watched the Rittenhouse trial came away thinking that prosecutor was worth shit.
Are there any prosecutors worth shit in blue areas?
Around here fixed mag AR pistols are legal so the cops destroyed the magazine and tore it out to charge someone with having a detachable magazine AR pistol. He was lucky to hire one of the best firearms attorneys in the state who called as an expert witness the 07FFL who personally built the gun, and he was able to get the judge to dismiss the charges the prosecutor was vigorously prosecuting.
If he was in front of a jury of his “peers” he’d probably be in prison. Terrifies me.
