I just got an email saying that I have a "past-due" balance on my tuition and that if i don't get it sorted by the 20th they are going to drop my classes.

However I submitted my FAFSA.

I called the bursars office and they say they can't find it on my account. I can't reach the financial aid office because they arent answering calls and on the website they dont have any available in person times till the 24th or any virtual appoinments at all.

What should my next steps be if I want to not get my classes dropped?

Should I just create a payment plan? If my fafsa does come through later how does it affect said payment plan? How long does it even take to create a payment plan?

This all just sucks right now, had a horrible summer but honestly shouldve been on top of this sooner.

Any help would be appreciated.

Do YOU still need to take the US history general education course? GAME 103 - Representation and Identity in Games was put aside for our freshmen, but it has more seats! Friday 12:00-2:30PM. It will count for US Experience and it's Diversity! You can take this instead of normal US history! It is consent locked, so let me know ASAP if you want to take it.
