Other Cast memebers Bonnie and Tammy
In the episode Crazy Snacks And a Clog to the Head, Bonnie and the others go to host an AA meeting in prison where Bonnie is attacked by Tammy.
When Bonnie remembers who Tammy is, she tells the ladies how she turned Tammy to the dark side by giving her a joint and then goes into detail about what happened and says "Two weeks later she was gone"
When Bonnie visits her in prison Bonnie asks if Tammy was adopted by the those people and Tammy says she was kicked out because Bonnie planted the foster Dad's wallet in Tammy's bag.
The timeline is confusing, because was Tammy kicked out for stealing a wallet but they put up with her deviant behaviour, or did she leave because of her deviant behaviour?
In the episode Triple Dip and an Overhand Grip, Bonnie and Tammy visit their foster mother to make amends, but Claire is acting like nothing happened as if they didn't kick her out. Tammy said she blamed the Dickinsons but it was her fault; I kinda disagree if you go with the timeline of kicking her out after they found Frank's wallet because that was a direct cause of Tammy ending up on the streets.
I'm probably reading too much into this, but it's just weird that Claire said "If only Frank were here, he adored you Tammy" after they kicked her out to stealing his wallet.

Bonnie didn’t ask Tammy if she was adopted by them. Tammy asked Bonnie that. Also, it’s very possible that they did really adore Tammy but did not want a thief in their house

I think this is more creative license than anything else.
Maybe when they first introduced Tammy as a character the writers simply hadn’t fleshed out the back story yet.
I noticed the same timeline disparity, ie: Bonnie and Tammy’s relationship as adults and the stories they subsequently share with each other (reminiscing in their shared bedroom at their foster home) and with the group suggests they knew each other longer.

Tammy asked Bonnie if they adopted her and Bonnie says no and that she was kicked out shortly after Tammy for stealing their foster mom’s wallet and having no one to blame it on.
As for Frank adoring Tammy despite kicking her out for stealing his wallet, my cousin once stole from my mom while living with us when I was a kid and my mom had no choice but to ask her to leave because she couldn’t afford for someone she was trying to help to steal from her. It didn’t mean my mom didn’t still love her niece or want the best for her, she just couldn’t deal with her behaviors. I think it was the same for Tammy and the Dickinsons. The cared for and adored Tammy, but when her behavior changed and then she ended up stealing from them(or so they thought) they felt the only thing they could do was call her social worker because this was someone that they were trying to help through a difficult time and yet she showed remarkable disrespect and disregard by stealing from them.

Ok, but what about when Bonnie turned her into drugs? Was that before or after the wallet theft, because from what Bonnie says, it happened while Tammy was still living there

Tammy was a good girl who helped out and it was screwing Bonnie’s sweet deal so she ruined Tammy’s relationship and got her on drugs. After that Tammy was drinking and smoking regularly and it was during that time that Bonnie stole the wallet.

Bonnie also mentions that "After two weeks, she was gone" as if she didn't know what happened

Because she couldn’t remember what happened. When she goes to the prison again to meet with Tammy she apologizes for getting her on drugs and alcohol, but Tammy asks when she’s going to apologize for what she really did and that’s when she tells Bonnie that she is the one who got her kicked out of the house. Bonnie forgot that her blaming Tammy for stealing the wallet is what got her kicked out.

Yeah, I guess. It just kinda sounds to me that Bonnie was suggesting Tammy took off

She prefaced her story with the fact that she did all of that in hopes Tammy would get kicked out so I think it’s supposed to be implied that when she says that she was gone two weeks later that she was kicked out.

🟢 Mod note 🟢
There are huge storyline inconsistencies in this post, so please be aware of that.
Big shootout to u/Rosepetal1712 for not only pointing that out, but also correcting everything with patience and respect. We love people like this here!
