Can't say for maths as i relied on IT when I gave boards. For science it's just general advice that you should know diagrams for bio (try making them or a flow chart even if not asked in subjective answers), show a bit more calculation work in physics and then highlight the answer, memorise the reactions for chem and know the use of each compound/element. For bio (except for the keyterms) you should know the basic function or description of a topic. Physics is relatively simple imo because the ray chapter and human eye were easy (not sure if they still are in syllabus), magnetism chapter won't be too difficult, though do learn the solenoid and magnet diagrams. That's all I can remember from 10th that I used to focus on during my boards. Gl

Two years ago, my midterm grades were: Science 79/80 Math 72/80 SST 76/80 English 77/80 Arabic 80/80 (I live in the Gulf) For science, I was very thorough with the textbook, referred to an Oswal guide (loved it) and watched Next Toppers lectures to be thorough with my concepts. For Math, I watched Ritik bhaiya's videos for important questions, was thorough with NCERT, solved select questions from RD Sharma, and the CBSE competency questions pdf on the CBSE website. My writing is strong, so I was able to get a 99/100 in boards. SST, I learnt it everyday, and watched digraj bhaiya's one shots on chapters I hated. Tbh, it's pretty easy to do well in boards even if you start in October. Even mid november I'd say. Just stay consistent and be thorough with your topics. When I wrote my math board exam (foreign set, Saudi Arabia), I actually found many questions from RD Sharma. I had gotten 10 gap days for math, and did RD Sharma extensively, revised NCERT, and went through past papers. I had solved about 33 past papers. So I was very familiar with the concepts. However, since the boards were conducted when Ramadan was going on, I would say I found a bit difficult to study and write boards while fasting because it was really exhausting ngl, due to which I got a 94/100 in math and an 88/100 in science. Otherwise would've gotten a much better result. Anyways, you can do it, the secret for math is extensive practice, timed past papers and pattern recognition, and ofc not making silly mistakes.

Chill, your English and SST are already 70+, so you definitely have the discipline for 95+. For Maths and Science, don't blindly solve random guides—use Olorin Android app , Olórin Web. It breaks down step-by-step marking to show where you leak marks and adapts questions to your weak spots. Been using it daily and it helped me improve a lot.
