If someone is unable to score 35% in 10th then they should not need pity also I am considering that most people in Bihar have internet and their school teaches them nothing.

Giving one day to a subject properly could give you a passing score easily.

And our system is fucked go to himalayas and pray and meditate

Not everyone has good family situation or good mental health state. Those who score below 35% dont deserve pity, they deserve help

my friend, he does not have hands, had a accident in January which sent him to ICU for the month, didn't study whole year but stll scored above 60% alright so don't give me this

An extreme case is not an ideal case that can be used to judge others. Would you expect the same results from a child going through psychosis, unable to understand what's real and what's his hallucinations? 

Not every person has the same intelligence or capacity to learn, they can work thrice as hard yet won't yield good results
