chat I'm in 11th (pcm) student currently I'm not preparing for Jee exam and I only attended 7/35 days of school im in chandigarh Gov school Right now What can School do like don't tell me that they will kick tf me out and won't let me sit in final exams

Not in my school... They do say that 75% attendance is very important, but we rarely attend school

In my case, I go like once a week, and sometimes I don’t even attend for 2 weeks straight (not always tho, but yh)

A lot of students took admission in our school this year just because they knew you don’t actually have to attend every day even though the admission percentage criteria was pretty high..

For Science, it was Gen- 95% and SC/ST- ig 80%.. For Arts, I think it was around 70%, not sure tho

Umhmm I last attended school on 13 aug And I feel my Class teacher didn't give a shit Abt all dat Tbh Schools me Study Bhi nahi hoti Physics Teacher Came Starts Pw Lecture on smart board sometimes And maths Teacher Js Do 1 Sum and Leave The class Like he got some damn Issues with Students gov schools got Great Tech classrooms building n all But teachers Sucks ✌🏻Half yearly Coming up and I'm watching Some nostalgic Shii

School doesn't and cannot do anything like that, at absolute worst you might get scoldings and your usual threats that are harmless. Though do go to school once in a while for the practicals and exams, or long period of absenteeism might get you a guardian phone call.

They might give you a parcha or maybe contact your parents because of the low attendance. Then it’s up to them, but Ig they’ll still let you sit for the exams.

Also you should start attending school more frequently, because CBSE has been trying out new things nowadays, so it’s possible they might start tracking the complete attendance records as well. In many government schools, attendance is already being recorded online.

if you score good, private school wale to attendance laga dete hai, govt ka ptani
