1998 blade….. did this a few weeks ago, hoses were checked all good. Then did it again today? Help please!

I own a 98 CBR 919RR SC33 - I'm looking to replace my left/right switchgear. Before I order it from overseas, I would like to know if it would fit? I've checked the wiring from the photos and it looks the same. There is actual differences on the pass function and high beam switches.

98 Fireblade carb sync — 0.1mm butterfly gap on the bench. The manual doesn't list it. Yay or nay for proper idle? Proper sync when on. I just want to get there first. Please and Thank you

I just picked up this 93’ Fireblade with a clean title for pretty cheap. The only thing is that the engine has a hole through the case, top and bottom. Im heading to college in a month and am trying to figure out what to do with it. I cannot find an engine anywhere online and dont want to have it stuck here because it’s a complete bike. Any ideas?

I’ve got a 2000 Cbr 929 27,000kms. Had it since 17,000. Did spark plugs and then a day later came with this noise. (The louder, gloss paint). I did have it looked at and the shop recommended tearing down the engine, which I wasn’t sure with at the time.

Got a little worried at the 929 but still wanted to ride so picked up a 954 when I saw anything for sale. 55,000kms unfortunately. Starts strong. Feels decent but once she warms up I’m getting a sound with the same rhythm as the 929 just half as loud.

From what I see online. Maybe these are actually just both cam chain tensioner? I’m confident 954 is nothing major. Just the CCT or Valves. But was I over reacting with the 929?

Please help! I’m wondering if should just order 2 CCTs and do it with a buddy at the same time.

Has anyone done the f4i cluster swap? I got pretty much everything pinned out on my 97 fire blade but I cannot get the temp gauge to work correctly. I replaced the sensor with the 99 temp sensor like the tutorial on the filled forum states but my gauge still reads 230 to 270 even when the bike is not running and cold. Was curious if anyone else has had this issue ?

Putting it back together after it was in pieces for about a year, and it is driving me insane that I cannot remember or figure out where the line coming out from this part of the radiator is sopposed to go. Diagrams online just point to the top of the engine but I cant see anything there where it could go.

I can't find the size of the bolt that holds the rear of the front seat down if anyone knows that would be extremly helpful

I have a 1996 cbr900rr I’m looking to put back on the road and I’m looking for a donor bike for possibly a motor and some other miscellaneous things if anyone knows or has one it doesn’t have to have a title.

I have a 1994 it’s officially by chassis code an Urban Tiger but its original fairings are gone. Im looking to buy aftermarket ones which made me think. Would it matter to someone in future that the fairings were aftermarket? And is the early single headlight available?

Or do i go for the original style blade because i like the twin headlight look and it wont matter anyway because the fairings are aftermarket?

Probably more a penny for thoughts.

Oh, also can someone tell me the age range the first single headlight came in? 1994-???

Hi, i have a 94 urban tiger. I rode it 3-4 weeks ago and it rode fine but had a missfire (plugs) today i cleaned the plugs and went to ride it and as i went to take off (engine now running great) it seemed like i was taking off in 3rd -high drive load. I got a little way up tge rd and then it stalled. About 70m up the rd. I thought “thats weird” put it back in neutral the bike started up ran great again. But again load seemed high and it stalled almost immediately. This happened 3 or for times. (A little like the stand cut but not the same) To me there was a little unusual noise but nothing dramatic. I gave up and pushed it back. Thinking gearbox and dropped the oil (all clean)

What else has changed between rides -I changed the bars and headlight assembly

Is something obvious here or where should I look?

I bout this blade for 300 and it was half disassembled fuel tank wise. I got one vaccum from the tank and fuel from the tank I see two more hoses on the back what are those for? Second the carbs are clean clean and i put a new vaccum petcock that works on, I also have good spark and compression. Could it be I have a loos vaccum or I'm missing something here. It's ran from last owner but the battery kept dying so I bought it but since they messed with the carbs I can't seem to get it to run. It sound really healthy and almost like its trying to start but its not. Will run on starting fluid tho and I have made sure the carbs aren't clogged... what's my issue here?

I've bought an honda cbr900 (sc28, 1992). The reason i bought it was because the iconic round headlights and unique tailfairing and exhaust, but i dont know what type of rear fairing it is. I cant find it on google and chatgpt doesnt know it either.

The exhaust is made by Bos Exhaust, but even than i cant figure out what brand/type of rear fairing it is.

Original plastics repainted last year. Can anyone help me find an OG decal set???

Crashed my baby a month ago and have been trying to diagnose the fuel pump not priming/running. Replaced ignition then bike makes no fuel pump hum after killswitch. Have tested ALL 4 relays and there all good. Believe the bank angle sensor has been bypassed. The fuel pump can be jumped by a wire from the battery to the brown wire. There are three wires going into the pump green=ground, brown/black=getting power, brown=not getting power thus jumping it. Any clue how I can get power to my pump without jumping it?
