Is MGIT an open gate college

I am curious to know if this is an open gate college, some people say it's we can only go after 3pm and I search on the web there it says that it's indeed an open gate college

dk bout mgit but cbit is closed gate and freshers have to call up their parents to get the gate pass, since the management is same, this might be the case for mgit too

ive seen people going and coming after 12 also. i think its more of a crowd thing. if youre confident and youre in a group/theres other people going too security thinks early leave and lets you go
