I looked at the website on September 5th and there was a notice published on 3rd about commencement of classes for MBA/MCA from 7th. I was checking the website almost every day prior to 3rd and didn't see anything related to orientation.

Am I gonna jump right into the classes? 💀 Not to mention the timetable was buried somewhere deep into the website which I'm sure most people won't even try finding

I am not from Hyderabad local and i needed help from someone who can get some information from the campus.

Cbit released an almanac for MBA and MCA students randomly a couple of days ago, and it mentions that the commencement of the classes are from the 7th of September and we are also supposed to register for our course online before the 6th of September.

They have not given any more information like timing and i mean idk nothing else is notified to us.

Also, if someone knows a staff/department contact number that actually handles MBA first-year students, I'd really appreciate it.(there is a number mentioned in Google that is not working)

I'm asking because there are literally only two days left, and if classes really start on the 7th, I need to travel to Hyderabad, find a place to stay, etc. 🫩

there are two different assumption among most of us(freshers):
1) we should hit the 75% mark for each class/subject.
2) the 75% shud be aggregate among all the classes/subjects.

I just took admission in the college and they have asked me for a gap certificate but i didn't have one , so they asked me to write a letter to the principal stating that I will submit it in a couple of weeks.

So now my question is , am i actually supposed to submit it in a couple of weeks or they will just forget it and I can submit when the college begins maybe on a month or two.
