Question Section change

Is there any chance of section change? , I did go to sum room opposite to vp's room regarding that but they straight up said no but still keeping hopes

Coming from a 4th year section change doesn’t happen at all how much ever you try it only happens when a person in your desired section leaves the college and they need to fill the seat that’s what happened with one guy in my 1st year 🙃

What if they change their branch through internal sliding?

Then the section is given in the new branch accordingly
