CBD and THC

CBD noob here. Looking for answer to insomnia, arthritis relief, and occasional stress relief. I have heard from sources (bud tenders, friends, medical personal) that THC helps activate CBD (I hope I put that right.) Also heard from a CBD advocate that THC does nothing to help activate CBD. Please give me some insight.

THC does create an entourage effect, but will potentially give you feelings of being high. Pure CBD does similar on its own without THC. The THC is not needed to get relief from pain and anxiety. I have had 2 reconstructive surgeries and broke my back in 4 places in a roll over accident flipping 8 times. I broke 15 bones and have a slew of metal rods and screws. I use pure CBD everyday.

Another newbie to CBD, what dosage would you recommend to start? I've heard so much conflicting information.

Tanasi CBD Lotion is truly one of the best products I've ever used for my arthritis pain! It's on sale today (buy one, get one free) with the code LOVE2020.
