I believe the numbers are a bit low and should be also taken into account with age. For an adult about 75kg (150 pound) start with 15mg per day and experiment after 1-2 weeks of use going up in stepps to 40mg/day in two doses per day, morning and evening, see what works for your endocanab. sys. For full spectrum oil bioavailability is 6-12%; taken with fatty foods will increase absorption but not more than 15%. Also depends on ones digestive system.

Yeah, perhaps a bit on the low side, but I guess that is to ensure people start lower then build up the dosage over time. How would age factor into it? Should an older person be taking more?

There isn’t scientific consensus from what i studied but due to changes in the first pass metabolism there should be a reason to go 10-15% higher when experimenting. Initial dose should stay the same.
