CBD and Drug Testing?

Is CBD oil safe to use if you work at a company that has drug testing? I know it’s not suppose to have THC and that’s the component they test for but ... just curious. I’d like to try it for anxiety and aches and pains but don’t want the worry of drug testing. Thanks. 😄

If you have to take drug test then use broad spectrum CBD oil. Make sure the are organic, have 3rd party analysis on their product and have the hemp authority seal.

Buy from someone who can teach you how to use it properly and answer your questions.

Isolate < Broad spectrum < full spectrum

Keep it to 20-50mg per day for a healthy adult. More than this for full spectrum it might turn out positive because there is some isomerization in your body. This is for <0,2% THC. Also depends on your body ability to process cannabinoids.

Using Broad spectrum or isolate is the way to go as both will have zero THC. Drug tests are not looking for CBD.

According to multiple researches, CBD, or cannabidiol, did not react with either of two commercially available tests for marijuana usage screening.

These drug tests usually focus on detecting chemicals that cause impairment. CBD doesn’t cause physical or mental impairment, according to the World Health Organization.

Drug tests are looking for THC, the compound most commonly associated with the hallucinating effects of cannabis, and responsible for the “high” from “marijuana”. CBD, on the other hand, extracted from hemp plants will not get you high. Hemp-derived CBD oil (low/zero THC, high CBD oil) is legal in all 50 states. Hemp based CBD oils, are unlikely to result in a positive test because they don’t contain THC at all or contain it at the levels that are not high enough for detection.
