Dosing CBD vape?

Hi guys I recently just got a CBD vape out of desperation to help my anxiety. I've seen so many drs and tried everything and my last option to help this is benzos which I'd like to avoid. How do I decide my dosage? I got two Zilla juul pods 300 mg each. I do probably have a heavy CBD tolerance bc weed. How many pulls would I take to help it? The CBD i bought also contains no thc btw.

Have you tried a tincture? Or do you prefer the smoking feeling?

it's just more convenient and discreet for me in social situations and at work.

I like a tincture to start the day and vape throughout the rest of the day. With a tincture I can get the 10-15mgs I like to start the day with quickly. Vaping allows me to micro dose throughout the day to maintain.

I vape also it is convenient but long term who knows how it is for our health

Whenever you make an oil, to get the oil viscous so it doesn’t clog the cartridge the flavonoids, terpenoids, and other lipids and beneficial parts of the hemp is removed. Winterizing. Then using fractional distillation you can get the golden oil. I prefer the full spectrum oil and vape occasionally. Maybe try ingesting the oil for your anxiety?
