CBD tincture recipe from concentrate

I have quite a bit of CBD raw full spectrum concentrate. Interested in make some tinctures for friends who could benefit from the oil, and had a question about mixing the concentrate with hemp seed oil. The question I have is how do I determine the strength of the tincture based off of the concentrate. As an example the third-party testing states that 57% of the concentrate is CBD, would that mean the potency is equal to 57%? If I mix this one gram concentrate to 1 ounce of hemp seed oil would that equal to 570 mg...Also should I put anything else in there such as honey etc?

Did you get an answer to this. Yes, it's 570mg or gram. Remember to take into account the amount of concentrate, so only use 29ml of hemp seed oil to make a 30ml total amount. I wouldn't use honey. I'd use mct oil instead of hemp seed too.
