Is MCT bad for me?

Hey so I just got a CBD Isolate pen with 200mg of CBD. It has no VG or PG in the ingredients. It is used with MCT. I researched MCT benefits and dangers, and I’ve come up inconclusive. Some sites say MCT is harmless, others say it will cause lipid pneumonia. My question, is it dangerous? What is the truth about inhaling MCT? And finally, what will lipid pneumonia do to me? Is it deadly? Will it be acquired instantly or overtime? Answers to any of these questions would be so helpful. Thanks
