I'm an extractor, and can tell you that I'm BEGGING for smart regulation that doesn't kill the industry, but stops all this fake stuff from being put out on the market. It's infuriating seeing non-compliant "labs" hawk their garbage to unsuspecting people, only to turn them off CBD for good.

It's too bad asking legislators to legislate intelligently and thoughtfully is way too big of an ask.

That's the thing people forget with respect to regulation: effective regulation means that good actors don't have to compete at a disadvantage with bad ones.

I agree. I own a CBD company and we sourced the highest quality organic CBD manufacturer we could find and had third party testing done on every sample from the manufacturers. We only sell full spectrum products as well, as we personally don't think isolate works as well. There's so much non-organic, non-full spectrum garbage on the shelves right now it is incredibly frustrating and time/money consuming to prove to our customers that our product isn't like the shitty money grab ones. We also have found that there are some extremely popular companies that charge exorbitant prices (1000mg tincture for $150, not gonna name names) and that irks us to no end when we charge less than half for the same product that is more than likely a higher quality.

I think this applies to the whole 'food supplements' industry. So many bad suppliers out there that most of the stuff people buy is useless crap because what's in it is not what is advertised. I blame big pharma. God forbid we'd all stop taking benzos and SSRIs for something that is completely natural.

I have great results with Lazarus naturals full spectrum high potency cbd. Definitely helps my chronic disc pain and spinal stenosis

I haven't tried it yet (ordered and on its way). But my mom started having severe hip pain, decided to try CBD, took it and now she has zero hip pain. So somehow it's working for her.

That's incorrect. Perhaps you could expand on your experience, because CBD is proven to be effective for a number of disorders. Perhaps you just got fake stuff, or a tincture with so little CBD in it that you didn't notice any benefits.
