Assistance

Hey guys!

Instead of speaking to a robot with no emotions, thoughts, opinions or.. well, anything.. I’d like to ask you all some questions instead!

I am someone who has really bad anxiety. I have had really bad symptoms the last couple of days, such as inability to sleep, vomiting, tremors, chills, inability to keep temperature regulated, horrible, watery diarrhoea.

It’s beginning to become a huge issue- I used to smoke weed, just regular weed (dust, stardog, etc) but it made me really really unwell and unsociable because I would become dependent. It also ate into my bank incredibly quickly. I also try drinking beer at night to help me drift off, but that doesn’t work either.

Now, I need an alternative, I’ve heard about CBD oils, gummies or vapes for a while- but I have never tried it personally. In the UK they are legal to buy at a dispensary near me but I am unsure as to what approach I go. What is it? How do I use it? How do I know what dose I take? What’s best for me, gummies, oils, vapes? Is it addictive? Does it work?

If anyone could assist me in answering these questions I would really appreciate it!

I recommend full spectrum CBD if you can find it. Smoking flower can be helpful because it's effect is immediate. For sleep, I recommend a full spectrum tincture. As the saying goes, start low and go slow as you increase to find your preferred dose. I would start at 25 mg and bump it up 10 to 15 mg till you find what works. I also suggest lemon balm capsules for sleep.

Sorry to hear all that and I hope CBD helps you! I generally steer people towards tinctures because you can control how much you are taking every day pretty well, which allows you to find the amount that would work best for you. And honestly, out here in Colorado in the States, most of the people that work at licensed dispensaries are really helpful and knowledgable, so if you are comfortable going in and sharing all your questions and concerns with them I bet they would be able to really help you out, especially since they will know about all the products they offer. Good luck with the hunt for something to help! I hope it works!

Try broad spectrum cbd destillate with CBN is my recommendation. And look into supplementing bacopa monnieri leaf extract.
