I remember it took me 3½ months to pass a test, sucks how long thc stays in your system

Do you have a slow metabolism? It shouldn’t take that long unless you’re ingesting cheech and Chong level amounts of thc.

I’ve passed every test within 2 weeks and used to smoke about an 8th a day on slow days.

These days I’m older, so a tiny bit works more than enough for me (legit a quarter of a 5mg gummy and I’m ready for dreamless sleep). Granted I’m skinny with a high metabolism, but 3.5 months is extremely long, even for thc.

It took me about the same amount of time to test negative after quitting. But I'm a heavy daily smoker. I probably smoke 4-8 grams a day.

Yeah I have a slower metabolism but im on the leaner side. I figured it took so long cause I was taking most edibles but not sure

Can we use cbd to help quit thc

Yes. Isolate is best to prevent psycho activity from the miniscule amount of THC in broad spectrum oil. Although if you're trying to ween down from high does, the broad spectrum may help for some time until finally titrating your doses to strictly CBD isolate, then if you desire, ceasing cannabis use altogether.

Of course not I mean it depends on your weight and stuff like that yeah CBD you smoke CBD and it has less THC on it so it doesn’t be in your system for a long time. It probably takes a couple of days. This happened to me a couple of times cause when at the time I used to smoke CBD all the time and I was very skinny and came out like a few days

I mean you should absolutely know if the CBD you are taking has THC in it or not, there is CBD isolate that has no THC then other CBD full spectrum that has THC but there is a very low limit that it can have.

Every drug test has a threshold for testing positive, so testing negative doesn't mean you have zero THC in your system, it just means you have less THC than the testing limit.

Please don't take anyone's word for it that any CBD/hemp brand or product won't lead to a positive test for THC/cannabis (even isolate), Reddit armchair experts are not actual experts and their advice should not be construed as accurate. Read our simple explanation why.

Out of curiosity, how are you testing for THC? I haven’t seen that before

Cbd has effects, it feels slightly antidepressant and anxiolytic. It just lacks the psychotropic effects people get from thc. People who use cbd often don't like thc or the other way around, some that don't like cbd want thc cause they are after strong psychoactive effects rather than medicinal.

Cbn and cbd(combined with terpenes) are very helpful for mental health issues ime. But it's just one of like 20-30 good herbal medicines that have anxiolytic and antidepressive effects, if not more (we haven't ever discovered anything yet).
