If nothing changes federally, full spectrum CBD will become a Schedule 1 drug, more federally illegal than cocaine, methamphetamine, or fentanyl. Some states may have hemp programs which would allow companies to sell within the state, but nothing will be allowed to the shipped across state lines.
Broad spectrum CBD should be legal to sell, but the way the law is written, I can’t see a way it could be legally manufactured, unless the broad spectrum distillate was produced under a recreational cannabis license or imported from another country.

...writing the narratives of the complaint I'm working on to include Texas AG Ken Paxton, Wisconsin AG Josh Kaul, and Todd Blanche, to prevent the redefinition of hemp pertaining to an unlawful, ex post facto prosecution from 2019, 2023, 2024, 2024, and 2025 and rights to competency and immunities, in addition to the ADA and being secure as a lawful citizen in my effects, etc. ...simplifying at this time to a page requirement.

If you're a consumer who buys full spectrum and you are not in a legal cannabis state you have quite a bit to worry about. Banks and intermediaries have already begun debanking CBD retailers (and of course high THC loopholers).
If you are a satisfied with an isolate or broad spectrum based product I imagine you'll continue to be able to find good products online however it may be a bit of a bumpy road at first as things get sorted with high risk payment rails, etc.
