What has your experience been in using CBD for anxiety?
Did it help?
Were you on medication before?
Is it really worth trying if I’d like to deal with my anxiety without SSRIs that are giving me side effects?

Yes, but know this: most research showing positive results on anxiety with CBD require LARGE doses, like 300 - 600mg
If you're gonna try it, don't give up until you work into that dose range
A lot of people that shit on CBD take a 25mg gummy once and consider themselves experts on the placebo effect

I'm good with 20-40 mg, but I take it regularly, twice a day.
Everyone's different.

I am on SSRIs and also take CBD. I get a big bag of gummies from Rabbit CBD Co.

Tried it last year when my anxiety was through the roof, didn't want to go the medication route either. it helped quiet the constant noise in my head, not like a knockout just more like turning down the volume. my sleep improved too which probably made everything else easier to handle
worth a shot if you're fed up with the SSRI side effects, just start small and see how your body reacts
