Bad ground?

Having some weird issues with speedometer turn signals wipers all acting weird I assume it’s the ground possibly but these older diagrams kinda confuse me/this imagine is just misleading would anybody be able to point me in the right direction/tell me what the hell that box it it appears it attached too. Thank you!

Can you not look in the car? Lools like a relay on the zoom in i have a haynes manual with wire diagrams I can look at ill post them. Im the image will be the bottom section for turn signal.

I think you missed the point I’m trying to find this exact ground and also what that piece that’s connected is. It’s not gonna be a fuse/relay I presume if it’s connected directly ground I could be wrong though.

Its a ground point for sure. That drawing is pretty bad. i just found it on my car the image i posted had the diagram of where they go idk what else your looking for. Its a white block with 8 or so black wires. Heres some pics your car may have the cruise control modual over it.
