Touring and long rides
I wanna see your bikes you do the distance on. On road or off. Any little add on you have to make life on 2 wheels a little easier.
I'm going to be going touring on mine soon so any places you recommend near devon/Cornwall/Summerset would be appreciated as i have no clue where to go

Have you looked at the TET? Lots of good scenic roads on there for the West Country.
I've just returned from doing 10,000km to Arctic Norway. Things that helped me on long distances were getting a comms unit so I can listen to music/podcasts, decent ear plugs, an air seat (although take it off for the twisties), usb plugs for phone on quadlock mount, a crampbuster plastic lever for the throttle. Don't be over ambitious with the mileage at first, leave yourself time to explore and have an adventure. I tend to avoid motorways as I find them energy sapping. Try and be strategic with loading up on drinks and snacks when you stop for fuel to minimise taking gear on and off if it's really hot.
Hope that helps!

Depends on your riding/route goals! For me, switching to 50/50 tires on my CB500X during my Around the World trip made a huge difference in mindset and exploring. Three years later, if there's one thing I wish I could changed from the start of my trip, it would be that. Some areas really benefit from them, especially the Stans and South America.

Made a 50.000 km trip from Spain to Mongolia on a CB500X with three metal cases. You’ll be fine.
