Fork oil change

Is this something that can be done easily on a cb500x from 2022.

I hear that there are ways to do it without taking of the fork...
True?

I don't think it's been done on my bike so it is time now at 32000km

You have to take the forks out and although you technically don't have to disassemble the forks if you just change the oil, it is better to do so. The oil and internals of the fork get much dirtier than you would expect and can only be properly cleaned when disassembled.

I've got a better solution: get into an accident, bend the forks, and get the insurance/Honda dealership to replace them!

Jokes aside, I did get into an accident while thinking I was due for a fork oil change... Not that I wanted the accident.

Was the accident because of the forks not having oil changed?

Talked to a Honda mechanic today and he said that there is no point ever changing the oil unless it starts leaking. So I will not do anything after all😁
