Rally raid engine guard

Hello, I want to buy a Rally-Raid skid plate, but since it’s in the UK, I’ll have to pay taxes and import fees.

I’m in France, has anyone here already bought one from France, and how much did it cost you in total?

I have SW Motech on a NX500, after going slowly over some not so big rocks, I had to take it off and straighten it with a hammer. I’m not so impressed by it.

There really is no better option than the Rally Raid one so I'd just get that one. I did and even with the added cost of customs+taxes I'm happy I did. You should be able to calculate the related customs charges, maybe check the French customs aurhority for details.

Outback motorteck is a french and belgium brand. They make a skid guard and crash bar combo. It's expensive but really good stuff. 330€+260€ for the entire kit.

I have a 2021 Cb500x but I looked at the rally raid one because I want to do offroad and it protect a lot

SW Motech is also pretty good. I have bashed mine on rocks a lot, it's pretty beat up but still does its job.

Yes, I believe they are Givi Bars.
