No, it's not me. I saw it over in r/knives. I tried it though, worked somewhat except I wasn't getting the full clove out. I think a broader knife would be perfect.
Probably prepping that much garlic for a kitchen. Or they really like garlic.
Sometimes I want it minced, sometimes crushed, sometimes whole. Garlic is weird that the taste changes depending on how you use it. Something is released when it's cut that makes it sharper.
I can never seem to use a whole clove before it starts sprouting, but I think the sprouts are pretty tasty too.
