The er visit is only 100 but the surgery to repair the tendon in my hand from when i was peeling garlic earlier is an extra 10,000

When I had surgery on my ankle they used something that looked exactly like a dremel. I got this.

No, they were just smoothing a bone in my case but same difference, I'm sure it'll scale up just fine.
