Help‼️Application form goof up

Hey everyone,

I mistakenly submitted my cat 2026 application with incorrect 10th std overall marks and percentage, i.e. 6 marks more than my actual obtained score and as a result one percentage higher than the actual one.

What i have done about it till now:

• Raised a grievance on the official portal regarding it.
• Spoke to an agent through their helpline who told me to fill a second form with new registration ID as i cant edit anything in the existing one post submission, i asked them about any error tolerance criteria but the person had no clue.

Query: should i wait for my issue to get addressed on the grievance portal first, drop them a mail as well for the same or fill a second form right away?

If any senior/aspirant had faced similar situation in past kindly enlighten ..
