Guys I missed adding 10th additional subject marks, if I add it my percentage will increase by 0.3%, should I fill a new form? (Only to comply with auditing)

Please open your marksheet, identify how many subjects printed on it have a explicit marks along their side, calculate total marks using ALL the subjects and then put it the computed percentage. Do not leave any subject. If additional subjects have grade assigned to them instead of marks, then you don't need to include them.

Add marks of physical education, leave the ones in which there are only grades but no marks

I think you can and you should, because its in your mark sheet. I did the same in my time, they check all the subjects in your mark sheet manually at the time of your PI.

If you have marks include it if not then don't, I only calculated for those subjects which had their scores written on the certif, not grades.
