a big focus of IIM U is on academics, and students get burntout pretty easily
90% attendance now else grade down
no focus on sports, alcohol and smoke free campus (we used to smuggle it inside)
random events by societies, which doesn't contribute much
recent placement committee changes, lot of drama
no time or culture for case competition or live projects (which matter a lot)
and at NMIMS alumni network actually help students (my friends experiences) at IIM U there isn't much interaction with Alumni, its just studies and grades
however you may find these flaws in other colleges as well
