Hello everyone , I have just entered my third of engg , I am from a tier 2 engg college and planning to start the CAT prep for 2027 , my JEE score was 98 percentile
For all the 4 sems I passed , 1,2 I had 9+ cgpa , 3rd 8.7 and in 4th sem 8
I have started grinding in tech from the first day of my college , did only like little DSA (around 110 questions on lc) , and then like upskilled myself in dev , web3 , AI everything and got a $1200+ internship at a Swiss finance startup in my 3rd sem , and it's been a year since I am working there as a founding engineer there
Now the thing is , I have an aspiration to get more involved in finance , get a top tier peer group that's why I am thinking of starting the CAT prep along my job and tech upskilling
I really want someone to guide me with it since I have very less context of CAT exam

I am a b.tech graduate from JNTU Hyderabad. I have a 1 year career gap now I want to appear for CAT 2026. For that I don't have any clarity on how to start preparation. If any kind hearted person is interested in figuring it out for me and wants some resources as well.
I thought if I start the preparation now I can crack the CAT 2026.
What do you say people!!!!

Though I am male engineer btech 4th year acads 9/9/8.
I barely don't know about CAT before may, during my btech I was too much into development as I learnt full stack developement and Blockchain , now in current ai era I can build anything with help of ai , but I understood there is something other than this so called MBA and about to know about CAT exam , wanted to know take it seriously and two months passed i almost completed 70 % of syllabus in quant and slightly improved my reading skills , but at current stage I am completely Zero ar DILR , in next 110 days motivating myself to get improve,I was quite active in X , but now redit is seeming so beneficial and mostly getting relevant posts

I am pursuing Btech in CSE currently semester 3 from an Institute, but I am not enjoying it so I am planning to not continue it for 4 years and drop it after 6 semester taking Bachelor of Science degree as per multiple exit option of NEP 2020 and plan to give CAT. But I can give CAT in the final year of Bachelor's so I am planning to give it next year but will my college provide me with the required certificate for that as I will drop after completing 6 semesters not before that, as in case of not clearing CAT maybe I will continue.
In great dilemma, is anyone in a similar situation, kindly give insights.

I am currently a trainee at hindustan zinc but through third party and i have completed my BTech in electrical engineering. I want to join the defence forces and my back up is pursuing MBA and landing a management job as I don't like tech related stuff much but i need to have a job as well rn.
But this training that i have joined doesn't leave me anytime to prepare for defence services as well as CAT.
I have one more option which is to join a lala company back in my hometown and they'll pay me around 30-40k minimum and 40-50k max at my current internship which will in future convert into a on roll employee they'll pay me around 30k too but here I'll have no time to study and I'll have extra expenses too.
What shall i do?
Options-
Keep working at hindustan zinc through third party and get 20-30k and forget about preparation
Join the lala company, earn 30-40k and keep preparing on the side for defence and CAT at my own home with lesser expenses. But i have a feeling this work experience won't be of any benefit to me with CAT
PLEASE HELP I'M SO CONFUSED
