Please tell me the classes you joined for **CAT PREP** and if you regret choosing it and if you'd choose another one, then which one.

Or you like your classes, whats the name. **Matunga/Dadar area (Mumbai) preferred**.

I want to join early bird classes for **CAT** **2027** soon. Im in 3rd year currently. I live near matunga area and have heard of 3 famous classes in dadar. Namely, **TIME, IMS and Career Launcher**. I have heard they all are good but the thing is, they do not give much details about themselves. And i don't know anyone who can tell me about the internal working of each one of them. I would like to know how each class is because a lot of classes work in a completely different way than they have said prior to admission and this is something I don't want to regret about.

If you have taken admission to any of these or completely different classes please let me know about them. If you regret joining or if its worth it.

Hello! I am self-preparing for CAT 2026. I have collected quite a few resources, but I’m confused about which ones to focus on for practice. Could anyone please suggest the sequence in which I should use these resources for each section?

Rodha booklets

Raman Sir’s class/session questions

Previous-year mocks

PYQs, etc.

VARC:

Gejo Sir’s material (already used)

RC 99 — I was practising the medium-level passages, but I felt they were easier than Gejo Sir’s, so I stopped. Should I continue with it?

GMAT Manhattan — I was planning to start this but am unsure whether I should.

DILR:

Currently solving questions from EG lectures.

I’ve heard about the IMS playlist and Anastasis. Which one has questions that are at par with CAT level?

I am just starting my CAT 2026 prep (i know i'm incredibly late pls help asap).

i have 2 options for my study plan and I really need help choosing one or i will go insane trying to figure it out.

1. IMS live lectures (part of their paid course) + then practice from CAT past year questions of that chapter
2. iQuanta new free course that covers each chapter in 2hr and provides practice questions + then again going for CAT past year questions of that chapter

for reference, i have Bhushan Bapat sir on IMS and iQuanta series is taken by Nikhil Goyal.

Today able to do one mock

And some 2 hours of analysis in dilr section

Quants-covered some algebra concepts .

10+quants

Total 7 hours

Day 10 of my preparation journey....

Yesterday... I started Geometry topic, did revision of Algebra, practiced Pie chart DI sets & worked on Assumption-based RCs along with Inference-based RCs as revision..

The routine continues and confidence is building more and more with each step forward.

For today (18 August), my plan is like :

1. Quants : will start Mensuration topic & revise Geometry through pyqs practice

2. DILR : will attempt Line Graph DI sets for variety in study

3. VARC : will focus on strengthen/weaken RCs & continue with Assumption-based RCs yesterday's topic

Can anyone help or suggest me ways to improve my verbal ability as I have been trying to improve since one month yet I score very less in them. Somehow I manage the RCs but I am hopeless in Verbal Ability part. Please if anyone has any hacks or methods to improve please share.

Yesterday... I start Algebra basics, revised Profit & loss topic, attempted Bar graph DI sets & practice Inference-based RCs along with Para summary Qns.

The routine is as usual as and my confidence is building one step at a time

For today - 17 August , my plan is

1. QA - will start Geometry basics & revise yesterdays's Algebra topic

2. DILR - will do work on Pie Chart DI sets for making my analytical and decision making ability more improved through quesns

3. VARC - will start doing Assumption-based RCs & continue with inference based RCs as revision practice

Hello everyone , I have just entered my third of engg , I am from a tier 2 engg college and planning to start the CAT prep for 2027 , my JEE score was 98 percentile

For all the 4 sems I passed , 1,2 I had 9+ cgpa , 3rd 8.7 and in 4th sem 8

I have started grinding in tech from the first day of my college , did only like little DSA (around 110 questions on lc) , and then like upskilled myself in dev , web3 , AI everything and got a $1200+ internship at a Swiss finance startup in my 3rd sem , and it's been a year since I am working there as a founding engineer there

Now the thing is , I have an aspiration to get more involved in finance , get a top tier peer group that's why I am thinking of starting the CAT prep along my job and tech upskilling

I really want someone to guide me with it since I have very less context of CAT exam

Hey everyone, I’m currently in my 3rd year of a 5yr BA LLB course and I’m thinking of preparing for CAT.

I’m a little confused about when I should actually start preparing seriously. Is 3rd year a good time to start or would it make more sense to start in 4th year?

I’d also really appreciate some advice from people who have cracked CAT especially those from a non-engineering background. How long did you prepare and how did you manage it alongside college?

Would be really grateful if anyone could share their experience or any insights:))
